Measured 1 3/4" are in Trousdale Co. Had to go to VA 'boro first thing this am. More snow down that way. Hit one icy spot on the bridge @ Walter Hill. Lot of staff at VA didn't show up.

SEC, yes, I'm just *%#@ tired of hearing about Saban & Ala. Like to see Ga. &Cin. go at it.. Of course, since ESPN loves to hog the show, I can't see whoever plays. I have an antenna, no cable/ sat. They could easily simulcast on ABC, as they do at times, but they never do for these. In case it's not obvious, I hate ESPN.

Wasn't implying weather is the prerequisite to reloading. I've got enough laid by to last me til the end of the millennium. Anything else is icing on the cake.

Since the weather has taken a downturn lately, I've gotten back into my reloading. Henry 45/70, Hornady 300 gr. JHP, IMR 4198 40.5 grs, CCI BR2 large rifle primers. This is a load i worked up back in the spring I think, works very well in this rifle. Since It's not fit to be outside or do anything else, decided to crank the old bench back up. Ain't much of a livin, but it passes off time, LOL., and keeps me off the streets.

I've never had that issue with my sled, but as Omega said, I don't strap it done. It rests natural in the cradles.

Hella've nice rifle. But, yeah, I'd take it deer hunting. Deer would line up to be shot with it.

I got mine at the VA for free. Any vet needs to check 'em out. Like you I couldn't afford them otherwise.
