  4. best $30 you will ever spend
  5. original sniper will have a sn stamped on the left side of the reciever for the scope. repo snipers will not have this. if no scope is on it and it has a straight bolt you can look inside of the reciever and see where it was pluged.also original scopes will have round headed screws and repos will be flat.ww2 rifle with post war replacement scope
  6. tom's 1/3 looks great and the price was good the last time i checked.more correct than either of the above .it will not take much.
  7. bump lori off and it will be a better show.even the kid was making long distance head shots.
  8. go with the k98. they shot better and will be worth more in the long run. the vz24's will be easier to find later on.3-4 years ago you could still buy the rc k98 for under $250. the first one i bought were $69
  9. if it is a 41 dated 91/30 finn rifle i would sell it to him but not seeing it you could have something rare that we do not know about..the 41 on the barrel is the barrel date only.if the 42 is on the side of the reciever it is a finn mark. the date the rifle was made is on the bottom of the tang and you have to take it out of the stock to see it.i have a 1893 tika finn rifle with a 41 dated replacement barrel.
  10. found out what i was doing wrong thanks
  11. could not find how to leave it on the new forum for something i sold.went to the itraded and did not see anything about it.
  12. made me sick to see it.
  13. russian captures k98's are anywhere from $300-$400 ,matching rifles in good shape can go for $900 and up depend on the rifle ,code and other factors .post pictures and i will try to help.
  14. buy now while you can. in a few year's the prices will go up like k98's
  15. when will they be added under everyones name.i am retired military and have a carry permit. look's good.
  16. sold most of mine off to buy other things to get by with.
  17. like most i voted yes.i would not shoot a kid for stealing a bike but i would wear a belt out on him. and if it was some punk stealing for drug's he got his self into the shape he is in and he had better stay away from what i own.people can have hard time's but if they think it is worth dieing for than they made up their own mind.

took in a new 2 tone one in trade yesterday.i like the looks but i am hooked on my xd 40sc.i may see how it shoots and if i do not like it, sell it and buy the xd9sc i have been looking at.from what i have read most people like them but i have not seen a iwb holster that i like for it yet and one have some they want to show off.
  19. k98 bayonet would also be good ,their might me a time that you do not want to shoot one .a shot will make a lot of noise if you are trying to get by some.
  20. i use to carry a full size xd40 but got tired of it showing under the bottom of my shirt or getting in the way while driving.i switched over to the xd40 sub compact with a galco king tuck iwb holster
  21. most people do not need the fa or dust cover, but i have them on mine.i carried one for 21 years in the army and they do come in handy if you have to carry one every day.if you are around sand you will want them.
  22. i could have bought one a couple of weeks ago for $175. .i still rember when you could buy them for $25
  23. hope that is not where he bite's at
  24. they just have their nose in the right place.
