Colt 1911 Steve Bailey Full-House Custom

Recommended Posts

I purchased this gun a few months ago while attending SHOT 09 in Orlando Florida and have finally gotten around to getting some decent pictures taken.

I was hanging out talking with the HP guys (Heirloom Precision) about some guns that I wanted commissioned, and instantly fell in love with this little gem!

This 1911 started life in 1970 and a commercial model, and was built by Steve Bailey, fitted with ivory stocks, and then hand engraved by JR French.

The package comes with custom leather, a matching custom knife, and a yet to be delivered matching Colt Detective Special revolver.

Total cost was $10,000.00 (8k for the 1911/leather/knife and 2k for the Detective Special with matching leather)
