What did he do?

Rep. Watson asked if it was thought that the Gov. would veto the bill to allow LEO's to carry in restauraunts that serve alcohol. Then there was some discussion about how the GOV. has LEO's with him all the time anyway. It was a slam on the Gov. about the veto. It was funny.

How would HB0147 Amendment 2 affect five days in HB0962? So know, there may be places which won't be open five days a week (three instead), but serve alcohol? How do we know which is which?

It wouldn't....HB0962 has it's own definition of a restaurant, it doesn't refer to another section of code.

Armstrong is trying to change the definition of what a restaurant is, which I bet could **** up HB0962.

It just thundered here, that could **** up HB0962 as well.:screwy:

My understanding is the override must be exactly what the Gov VETO'd. If any changes are made then the Gov gets another shot at it.

You mean the 4 days thing? But if places are only serving food 3 days, then we couldn't carry there.

My Firefox is fine with it--when did you last update?

Not sure, i get automatic stuff all the time, I just tried it again, I get audio no video. Firefox seems to be faster by about 4-5 seconds on the where they are.

That is my concern. Now, cover has just been given to three-day restaurants (which if I understand the debate were not allowed before under TCA) to operate, which means there are now potentially difficult-to-recognize places which will not be legal to carry under the provisions of HB0962.
