... Spend some of your money on freaking illustrations with the instructions for installing the Hi Viz sights and rear sight blade on your MkII/III pistols.

I bought the Hi Viz sights for my Mk II 22/45. Front sight went in easily enough. Rear sight was a pain. I got the blade out, but misinterpreted the wording on the instructions for getting the new blade in. Fortunately after wasting about 20 minutes failing I dug around online and found this:

2245 Maintenance Page

Better instructions. With illustrations. 2 minutes later the new sight blade was installed.

The only other problem I had was needing 3 hands. And I don't have a vise, padded or otherwise. But a couple of minutes looking around the house, two cases of soda and some rope later and I had an improvised redneck soft vise that did the job just fine: ;)
