as I have said before, little girls stay very close to daddy's heart. nothing like getting home after a brutal day and having that little girl crawl up in your lap and tell you she loves you. Every time my 31 yr old "little girl" hugs me and tells me she loves me I get all teary eyed. Your little girl will always be your little girl no matter how old she gets. Much congrats to you and wife, hopefully I will see her when I put up the crown and paint the bathroom.

Congrats dude!

congrats! Kids are the best and worst thing ever.

If you knew the hassles they caused you'd say "no way" but once you have one you don't really mind it.

It really is the weirdest thing ever but I'm not sure it isn't also the best thing ever. I recall when my wife had our kid, we took him home and just cried together because we had no idea what we were doing. Once we figured out the used razor blade mobile was a mistake things got much easier.

Congrats to you and the wife, Johnny. You are starting an amazing and rewarding journey. Don't worry too much about the details as they will fall in line in short order. I mean basically all you have to know at first is which end is the mouth, which will be easy because it will be the end that's screaming constantly, and how to change diapers at 3AM after about 3 days with no sleep. Nothin' to it. :)

Congrats. As they said keep your guns handy she might want to start dating in in a few years and you might consider it in about 30 years.

First time my wife took me to her house, her Dad showed me several of his guns. I pretended to not to get the reason he was showing me guns and proceeded to check the chambers of each to make sure it was not loaded and handed them back to him.

I knew what he was doing by showing me his guns. I think it helped that I was not scared of the guns.
