My First Kel-Tec

Recommended Posts

Well, I just purchased my first Kel-Tec today from a private party ftf cash transaction. It's a P-40 with an ankle holster and a nice leather clip holster. The price seemed quite reasonable. I can't wait to take it to the range and try it out.

Be really careful not to limp wrist it. Little thing packs quite the punch. In fact the reason they quit making it was because so many people sent it back for malfunctions and turns out it was limp wristing. Not every body can handle it. Great guns if you can handle it.

With mine, you'll swear it's hiding a vicious set of teeth somewhere.

And in a scuffle, you'll wish you could ask if he/she minds on holding up the hold-up while you strap on a bowler's wrist brace.

Game on!

You can buy a 9mm barrel for it also. This will allow you to practice with the 9mm and carry the 40 for defense.

is it hard to change barrels. . . any extra parts needed? where can I get a 9mm barrel? I'm excited. I'll get a range report up as soon as I can shoot it. Pictures coming soon. Been recovering from flood damage.
