Circle/Slash revolver sign. I spoke with a manager, he didn't seem to care. Gave me the "corporate policy" line. I emailed Corporate.

My apologies for this being brief and if this has already been discussed I apologize for that as well. I am at work and didn't have much time to post but wanted to get it out there.

Pei Wei is owned by PF Chang's. I wanna say all those are posted too.

I think all the Pei Wei locations in Memphis have the same plain, white vinyl gunbuster sticker. I missed it for a long time as it's about the size of the bottom of a coke can and very low on the sidelight of the front entrance at the Union Ave. location. Sucks. I like their pad thai.

I pass a real thai place going there soooo, yays for local business...booo for corporate policies!

Am I correct in thinking that the "gunbuster" sign does NOT meet the requirements of the code and, as such, is legally the same as if it wasn't there at all?

Frankly, I don't want to give my money to any business that doesn't want me to be able to defend myself so if they make it clear that they don't want me and my weapon in their place of business I don't want to be there whether their sign is "legal" or not but I am wondering about the specific law on the issue.

Nope - that is not correct any longer. Since the law was re-passed in June of this year it included verbiage that the gun-buster sign carried full weight of law.

No. The new law says the gun buster sign is a legal posting.

Sounds like they are semi-auto friendly!
