Finally drank the calibur kool-aid

Recommended Posts

After years of the trusty old XDsc/XDm in .40 I finally manned up and ordered my new dark earth XD compact chambered in...

Wait, wait, wait for it...

BAM! .45 ACP.

I absolutely LOVE this gun. Already polished the barrel and guiderod. Super sweet shooter and conceals practically as easily as my sc. It fits right in my high noon iwb I use with my sc as well. I figure if 13 rounds of .45 golden sabres can't do it then it needs not be done. But I always have the extra 10 rounds in the shorty mag on me as well.

Nice looking piece you have their. Since this is your first .45 do you reload, or shoot much? The price of and availability for .45 seems high and limited.

Just curious as I have not done the purple juice and likely won't.

Thank you so much for finding my gun I have been looking everywhere for it. I will send my address so you can mail it back to me.lol But seriously nice gun, I have the .40 service model and love it. I was at a gun show last year and a guy had 2 in the .45 and by the time I got back with the money they were gone:( Hope you enjoy it.
