I like my Glock 19 pretty well, love my Springfield but blah .45 ammo is no fun to buy. I think I'd like a Walther P99 pretty well also.

I may have to get a Keltec though cause at 150 pounds with my holster the 19 looks like I have a Volkswagon under my shirt and the Springfield looks like a bus. Or maybe I just need to learn some concealment tactics.

The best concealment tactic is to eat more.I do this regular,I dont like to but when it comes to my safety I eat what I need to :D

That's because they generally stay over at glocktalk, where dissent is not allowed by the unsanctified non glockers. In the real world, and other forums, the koolaid isn't as good .:D

You must not spend much time at GT--there is as much Glock bashing there as there is here. Lots of 1911 fans and SIG owners post there regularly. Besides, only a fraction of the site is dedicated to guns; the rest of it is coptalk, competition threads, concealed carry issues, training and tactics, etc. The place is swamped with shooters of every flavor.

If it helps DonRickles I also own a Hi-point C9 and I like it. It holds less ammo than the Glock but if things worked out where you had to pistol whip someone, I'd take the Hi-point over the Glock anyday.

With the price of ammo now days, who knows? Pistol whipping my come back in to fashion.

It went out?

Maybe I'm to far back in the sticks, or to close to the city life, either way, I haven't heard of a good pistol whipping happening in several years.
