STATE TO FEDS: WE WON'T COOPERATE

Recommended Posts

Hopefully, 47 other states will follow suit. We know Illinois and California won't.

Nor will Tennessee, Haslam has his nose too far up somewhere to read the writing on the wall, and it might cost us $.50 in lost Federal Grants. I suspect you can count out New York and New Jersey as well, the Statist mantra is too strong there as well.

Well, since Obama has done almost exactly the opposite from what he said, I would expect him to try and

implement that very provision on the moment he considers himself to have lost the election, or some other

emergency of his own making. I would love to see Haslam step up to the plate, next. Or am I wishing?

Of all the things happening and how fast much of it is occurring, I can't help but think...we live in some very interesting times folks. Kind of like 1938. Kind of like 1775. Kind of like 1860. We are on the precipice.

"Virginia’s detention prevention bill was adopted by wide margins, 37-1 and 96-4, in both houses of the general assembly."

With those numbers a veto by the Govenor would be impossible wouldnt it, that is if we could do the same here.

Among the states that have begun addressing the issue, along with Virginia, are Arizona, Rhode Island, Maryland, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Washington.
