Well I could help him out on the range fee for On Target. We have an annual membership so I'm allowed to bring a free guest every so often. The biggest problems I have had with that range is that sometimes the lanes are in various states of disrepair and the ventilation system doesn't always do a great job of keeping the smoke down. :hat:

That sounds great Tungsten! no worries about the range fee, I can float the 5 bucks  I paid for a year's membership at Carters shooting supply in Chattanooga just so I'd have a place to go shoot..(yes, my wife puts up with my hangup..I have to shoot..she calls it my "elliott time"...)

I just need to have a place to do it..

I'd be happy to shoot with all of you guys!

and DRM, If you don't get a chance to shoot at owl hollow, invite me out to your farm! I'll bring MY wife and all sorts of nifty goodies to shoot :)

All I've got room for is short shooting there now, but it's free and available :(

I can understand the need for RSO's, however to force folks to place weapons on the table and cease handling them until the line is hot again seems excessive.

That is for the people that know how to pull the trigger but still don't have a brain! "There are those that have and those that will!" It is a liability issue and really when folks are down range, you don't need to be handling your firearms.
