Just picked this up yesterday

Recommended Posts

I just picked up this Springfield Armory SOCOM 16 at my FFL I made a trade deal for it off another forum I belong to. I'm thinking of a new project just got to figure out what. I am going to get a  wood stock for it, I just prefer them to the "plastic" ones. Here's one pic I took after I got it home it came with the orginal Box, web Sling all the paperwork, some manuals, and one  10rnd. mag and three 20rnd mags. I'll post some more once I figure out what I want to do.20240325_205228.jpg.50c44f5def0b3f2ee865e543d40f73cd.jpg

I love them, but it's a lot like a revolver or a fancy 1911... i just don't think I'll ever pay for one.

I won't unless I hold off on lesser things LOL. I'd dearly love to have a high end SAA or 1911. And of course, this one after the wood is put to it.

Man that stock swapout does look real nice. Looks like a dream to shoot at the range. The M1A, or even the M14 for that matter, has always been something I want to get my hands on to try and/or maybe own.
