Wow. Could they have done a worse job of reporting?

SWAT teams headed into King's Firearms and More on North Garden Street around 7 a.m. to see if the burglar was still inside, but found no sign of a burglar.

The incident started when the alarm went off around 1 a.m. Police said it was possible the burglar had gone in through a trap door in the ceiling, and may not have been able to get away before police arrived.

That sounds like the police took a few hours to arrive (possible but doubtful) and that their arrival allowed the burglar to get away..

They did not enter the building earlier because of the amount of firearms and ammunition inside.

So, the way that reads, the amount of firearms and ammunition must have changed from earlier.

No wonder there's no byline. No one wants credit for that journalistic atrocity.

Channel 5 is such bullllllll... they air this with " lots of guns and ammo in the store" then air a piece on "some local law enforcement experience ammo shortage" WTF!

I guess I need to pay those folks a visit and see what they've got.

The inventory has grown over the last year. My only gripe is parking is a pain, there are only 5 or 6 places. One lap around the block and there will be a spot open.

there is plenty of parking in the back and a back door to enter.
