Went shopping for a Ruger MKIII and..

Came home with a Glock 23, gen 3. Had itch for a new handgun for the last few months.  The shop didn't have the Ruger in stock today, but did have the 23.  Now what to due with my M&P40 full size?  It was the first handgun I purchased myself back in 2007 but after getting a G26 last year, I'm thinking I might have to let her go(like the Glock trigger better).

Well shame the Ruger wasn't in stock, the MK series is phenominal, one of those guns that everyone should own at least one of, I own a 10" stainless bull barrel MKII that'll "one ragged hole" @ 50yds all-day-long off bags (no exaggeration).

But anyway congrats on your new Glock, of which I am also a fan of, great pistols, simple, reliable, accurate, not pretty but they get the job done!

You will like the Glock's  trigger-reset better than the M&P I bet . At least I do .

At this point I do prefer the the Glock trigger, reset hasn't been the issue between the two manufacturers. After spending a few minutes with the 23 yesterday, the Smith seems to have a longer pull before it breaks.
Scratched that itch, now to find grips for my Mark I, then I'm done for a long while. I hope.

You could give it to me... I have a 9 and a 45 so it would be a nice addition to my little collection.

I flipflop between Glock and M&P on a nightly basis....which doesn't make much sense, seeing as I do not have the money to get either right now..

If you ever want to get rid of that MKl, just let me know. I'm looking for one.
