Sheer stupidity...The 1st degree charge will likely stick,,,,he planned it out. If he is REALLY lucky he might get off with manslaughter. In either case a young girl is dead over a stupid careless act.

Please type out Arkansas instead of AR.  Some might just speed read though and think AR weapon of some flavor.

I do believe he is going to the big house.

I didn't see in the story that the guy had a permit and I know that you don't need one to have a gun in your own home but the media would have been all over it if he had been a carry permit holder. They (media) like to portray everyone with a permit as someone who is just looking for an opportunity to shoot someone!

So sorry that this young girl has lost her life.
