I went to their opening, they said it was a satellite cabelas so much smaller.  Did get a brick of .22 so trip was worthwhile. The thing that got me was that they didnt have any good sales for the opening, just regular seasonal flyer stuff.

I have been to the one in Greenville, SC 4-5 times now since they opened in April (my job takes to me Greenville quite frequently), and though it is a very nice store, it too is considered a satellite store.  When I compare it to the size say of Bass Pro in Sevierville, I say its larger.  However, if I compare it to one of the Cabelas up North, say the only other Cabelas I have been to like the Dundee store in Michigan, its 1/2 the size.

For the folks in Knoxville, its only slightly more than a 2 hour drive from downtown Knoxville to Cabelas, and a store front PSA is directly across the street from Cabelas.
