I have carried 1911s a fair amount, they are flat and conceal pretty well. The Government size steel models do get pretty heavy by end of the day. I have a couple of Lightweight Government models that I really need to do something with, I bought them for when I felt like carrying a 1911, but I haven't gotten around to tweaking them like I generally do. The lightweight Commanders make a lot of sense too, but I personally prefer the longer slide when carrying and shooting. LW Commanders and Officer's length guns have a narrower window of reliable operation when it comes to spring force balance; worn mag and recoil springs will give you grief if you don't keep up with changing them.

At least Toyota tries to make it right. I hope the 320 problem isn't contagious. I actually like the bigger 365 guns.

Those body cameras don't lie. Plus Sig saying that foreign debris was in the holsters but let me say this : I wear a duty holster everyday and even the smallest amount of trash will not allow the pistol to lock in place. I say bull crap to the company. Most times those pistols fired in their holsters were while the officers were in motion and their hands were not touching the gun at all. There seems to be a lot of companies making crap here lately. GM making those 6.2 engines that are failing , Ford making engines with internal rubber belts submerged in an oil bath, Toyota making time bomb Tundra engines , and the new Tacoma is no longer a 300,000 mile plus truck anymore. Heck even Glocks new pistols are having problems.
