I love red dots, especially the 6moa ones. Good job on that 1911 it looks great. Think its the best adaption of an optic I have seen on a 1911. Well Done! Having said that I love them, no longer carry one for edc. It's not a matter of speed, but for self defense drills and carry I still like a big arse dot on the front sight. For range shooting, yes give me a dot.

Being a little older now I am addicted to the dot.. I’ve got a SRO on a 5”! M&P for. IDPA. Apexed out to include bbl. Also Canik -S with Ameriglo Haven. It’s a toss up on which I prefer. For carry I’ve got a shield with irons and a 1.0 compact with a Romeo X . Stock triggers. My preference is to not carry anything with a modified trigger less than 4#.

This is a Mauser K98k 8mm manufactured by Steyr-Daimler-Puch AG in 1943. Beautiful condition. The bluing is in amazing shape. There are no import marks or Russian capture marks. The serial numbers are not all matching though. $1400 or best offer.

Is the action included?

I have the Henry Long Ranger in .223. I was amazed at the accuracy coming out of a lever gun. It will shoot with my bolt rifles for group size.

I just received the Buffalo Horn handle knife. It is on point and very sharp. A well made knife that I am very happy with.

Also, verify the gauge. It looks like a 20 gauge which is what I would prefer anyway.
