This is an older generator, it still works well but it's quite loud. 10 hp Tecumseh. I have accumulated two newer generators and no longer use this one. $250 pick up in Lebanon TN.

Sorry, I'm going to keep backing in. I have a couple of reasons for doing so. 1) There is less likelihood of backing into something while backing into an open space than there is backing into a parking lot where people are walking and cars are going by. (I also don't assume that any of those people are paying attention for chit). Plus if taller vehicles are parked next to me I can't see if traffic is coming when I back out of the space. 2) Parking spaces are getting smaller than they used to be and a lot of vehicles are getting larger. I can't see the lines on either side pulling in, so I'm guessing. If I back in I can see the lines in my mirrors so I can center my vehicle in the space so that I'm not parked on or over the line because people that can't get their vehicle in a single space are one of my peeves.

Don't put it directly on concrete, it will rust. A piece of plywood works well.

Get a load of asphalt millings. Patch your bad spots with them. After doing so if you happened to accidently spill diesel over the millings this hot summer sun will pretty much melt the millings into a material almost like asphalt.

I find that they are kind of hit or miss. I know a thing or two, but I'm still learning. On this particular pig. I'm fairly certain that I cooked up one of the front shoulders as pulled pork and it wasn't fit to eat. I suppose spending 3 months in the brine would make just about anything edible though. More than likely I will just keep that tub of brine in the refrigerator and just dump off hams for however long I feel like when I get them for now on.

I killed this pig in February. The meat has been curing in a brine in my outdoor fridge since. Not intentionally, I've just been insanely busy for the past few months. Took it out and marinated it in Dr. Pepper for about 8 hours, slathered it in mustard and covered it in a rub. Threw it on the smoker overnight wrapped in foil, then gave it 4 hours of smoke this morning after unwrapping. Curing then smoking is a bit different but it's really good. Almost like pulled pork that is reminiscent of jerky. I'll will do this again for sure.

Haven't really thought that much about it. I'm of the generation that grew up with Nintendo, then Playstation with the GTA series in my early 20s. Coming from a loving home where I was taught right from wrong, and to respect firearms, I had no issues killing dope dealers in GTA, taking their money, robbing a bank, and going about my business in the game, then turning off the PlayStation and returning to being somewhat good citizen in real life. A kid from a less stable environment may have not been able to do that. I had several friends play the Call of Duty series, I get the draw, looks like fun and all, but the vast majority of people who go to war are afflicted with PTSD when they return. Not that video games are capable of inflicting that level of reality, but potentially unstable individuals are replicating activity that results is severe mental issues in people who actually have these experiences in real life. I've always been of the opinion that video games are not the cause of violent behavior, but I'm afraid that the case was actually that video games didn't result in ME doing bad things. With the amount of time the average kid spends playing video games these days it may well be time for mental evaluations and background checks before these video games are sold.

Upon further thought, if I didn't have a saw and was working with a $400 budget, I would buy the following. Ryobi 10" dual bevel miter saw $250 Skil 7 1/4" circular saw $60 Bauer oscillating multi tool $60 Bauer is sold by Harbor Freight. HF has really upped their game on power tools in the past few years. Have several different lines, the Chicago Electric stuff is pretty cheaply made, but the Bauer lines on up are on par with any other homeowner grade equipment. I own a free Bauer products and have been happy with them. The occillating tool can be used as a saw with several different attachments available for cutting an array of materials. There are also sanding attachments. This is probably one of my favorite tools I've purchased in the past 5 years. That leaves you $30 for tax, but puts you in the ballpark.

It was about this time last year I was out running around, stopped by the Caney and couldn't have caught a cold, ran up to Defeated and fished that area right where you turn in off of 85. Caught about 50 chunky bluegill, had so much fun I went back the next morning and caught 50 more. They were on the bed and were absolutely hammering the 1/64oz jigs that I was throwing. I had every intention of going back this year, but I have too much going on at the moment.

I bought this one a couple of years back and have no complaints. Ryobi gets a lot of hate, but I have lots of Ryobi tools that get used at a rate I would describe as "heavy homeowner use" some, such as my cordless impact get used 2-3 days per week most weeks. I like to point this out when people talk about how much better The economy was when gas was 43 cents a gallon. Yeah, gas was 43 cents, per gallon, minimum wage was $1.50 an hour, and the car got 9 miles to the gallon. I know where we're at right now economically sucks, but you look at it in the grand scheme of things and how much we have paid for things in the past, and we're not that far off the charts. We were just really comfortable for a long time. This post does not insinuate in any way that any politician currently in power is or isn't doing even a mediocre job. Just an observation.
