  1. Did you talk to them? they never asked me in 91, I was with state farm prior to 91, my dad was in the Korea war he never was a member he's had SF his whole life.
  2. I think that's been tried before, Waco TX, the government took it to the next level.  I also have a 82A1 while I firmly believe 10 rounds of API will penetrate the front windshield of a MRAP and bounce around inside I defiantly have no death wish.
  3. I'm a USAA member since 91, I have 2 vehicles that cause quoting problems with everyone mention, when I've tried quoting an average car usaa always beats them, always... BTW I'm not military, just have military toys.
  4. Hell if I ever went elk hunting I'd take my 50, go to the top of a hill and just wait 1000-2000yrds no big, if you shot low it would just bounce in for the kill   :x:, then call in a helicopter...
  5. I'm sure the Barrett Factory guys will stop going to Terry's and start going to CH. JC did you find out if they allow full auto at that range? I mentioned it to my Buddy who also has an 82A1 and a MRAD and he is interested but only if they allow FA at that range. I'd love to compare his BORS, to a chart I got off Barrett's web-site for ranging.
  6. Barrett factory ammo is more than $6.00 per round, lets not mention the 416 round that's even more coin.
  7. I had a tag gear cover on my Bowers Suppressor shooting FA on a M11, didn't care much for it...still a mirage...
  8. Ouch, I bought 20 cases of that for 89.95ea last yr... I noticed this last night, told my buddy and he bought 3 this morning, they had 80 cases now 20, not that bad of a price for today's prices. https://www.ammo2u.com/products/rifle/223/pmc-223a-1000rnd-detail
  9. OMG, we're only talking dirt, run a tractor over it and its good as new... The 40-50 rounds of 50 BMG I'd shoot on the long range will pail in comparison to the 1400+ rounds of 556 I'll pound the imtermedite burm with...wonder if they thought of that.
  10. A lighting link sold a month ago in east tn (from a gunsmith) with a asking price of 11k on GB, I heard a guy in AL bought it for 7k, hell of a deal for todays prices. All thanks to that dicck head Rangel
  11. Yes, I own a 2003 H1 HMCO Hummer (open top) .....
  12. No problem at all, the news people seem to have a problem, If I had the opportunity to use someone else's MG's I would luv to, buying and feeding them is killing my retirement plans.. Not to sure now many times regular PD get to shoot FA, the range I go to locally, I see the same LE at lease every other time I'm there and he's always shooting FA. The AK and the post sample Glock probably has no business in the PD other than cool factor..
  13. Shouldn't be doing this kind of stuff :) with department guns and posting it for the world to see.. http://news.yahoo.com/video/youtube-video-pennsylvania-cop-under-113616164.html
  14. I was there yesterday, NFA stamps arrived over the weekend at my house, I sold them a M11 all Laged out with a Bowers suppressor, they are going to use it as a rental range gun along with the pre sample uzi they just got... We started talking about MG and ammo and they mentioned "I'm guessing yours" MP5 that just transferred into there, your lucky you can shoot it while you wait... I waited over a yr for my M16 to transfer that F"in" sucked.  My buddy bought a FA-MP5 3yrs ago, you would die if you knew what he pay for it, compared to today's prices.
  15. that looks like Nashville armory
  16. seen the buck shot,7mm and I think 30.06 at santa rosa, the sporting goods guy gave me a dirty look when I stepped behind the counter to take a closer look
  17. Nope all gone, trust me :) went there today..
  18. Funny I was there tuesday, I seen 20+ 9mm boxes, I was looking for 380.
  19. That doesn't make sense, I agree :screwy:   something isn't right look at this......it's APIT but I know the "T" means nothing   http://www.freedommunitions.com/50-BMG-APIT-647-gr-FMJ-p/fm50apit647r-b0150.htm   FMJ   http://www.freedommunitions.com/50-BMG-BALL-647-gr-FMJ-BT-p/fm50fb647r-b0150.htm
  20. They did that to my buddy to, same round
  21. I've shot 2k of 9mm and approx. 400+ rounds of FMJ, API and APIT of 50 BMG, my buddy bought over 10k of 9mm, he's shot a few k, no issues from either of us.. Only thing I'm bummed about the APIT, the tracer round doesn't light up, but hey what do you expect from WW2 surplus ammo.
