      Back in the days of typewriters multiple copies were made of original documents using a mysterious substance known as carbon paper.    Using onion paper which is extemely thin, there may have easily been seven documents typed simultanioulsy.  In other words, it's an original copy. 

No guns on Beale.  Leave it in the car.   If you know the area at all you can park within a block or two and guess what, you'll have a good time and not have any problems.  Just don't go getting shitty drunk and walking a block or two south.

If I'm not mistaken it is one of four original copies surviving and the only one in private hands.  The rest are in museums.

I saw the other day where someone has offered to pay her way through college.  Might have even been posted here.  She was qouted as saying something to the effect of a career in law enforcement.  Maybe she could become a TSA agent.   If I was a citizen of Sanford paying property taxes I'd be demanding a refund for the "education" of this one.   God help us.

Knoxville:   Chez Guevara - disregard the name, it used to be called La Paz.  West Knoxville tucked into the corner of a strip mall between Barnes & Noble & Toys R Us.  Killer "Mexican" food, great atmosphere, best spinach queso dip you'll ever have and the house margaritas are delicious and potent.   Altruda's - Little further west, Kingston Pike & N. Peters Rd.  Outstanding Italian.  Unlimited salad & garlic rolls with entree.  Great atmosphere   Stefano's Pizza - On Cumberland Ave next to UT campus.  Great deep-dish, whole-wheat crust if you like, pizza.  The food and place has not changed since I first stepped foot there in 1985 except they added a big-screen TV.
