1.
There's a place in Brentwood that has ads on 99.7, I think that operates like that. I don't know about their services, though.
Not trying to get off topic but 99.7 is a great station to listen to and they , mostly Phill Valentine , talks about this topic a lot and is very good to listen to .
2. I have been cooking since I was 11 yrs old. I am now 39 . So I think I got the right to "rant" a bit .I dont just cook and or BBQ , I do it all , I bake and do all kinds of cooking. My wife has been in college for a long time and works full time like me so I have cooked for my family for several years since my wife has long hours and doesnt get home till late , I am presently butchering some deer and some of my in-laws and other family were going on and on and they said this " Oh lawd , wild deer and wild meat has that wild taste to it , oh lawd you gona have to soak that meat in milk and salt water to make it taste good or else it's gonna have that wild taste" . I know blah blah blah . I try to ignore that kinda crap but it sure gets aggrivating. I dont know about you guys but I have learned that if you kill your animal , whatever it may be , and then gut it and then process/butcher it however you may do it , then get it in the refridgerator , then it should taste just fine . When people say "it has a wild taste" , I think they are eating meat that has sat outside in the warm air too long . The meat has started to rot and decay . Have any of you guys gotten this crap from friends and all about how you should only eat store bought food because it doesnt have a "wild taste" ? Ok I am off of my soap box , haha .

Armalite AR-24?
Seeking opinions on this gun. I have a buddy that's offered me his at $425...which appears to be a good deal. I am exclusively 9mm in handguns, so it meets that criterion. I just am wondering if anyone has experience with these.
Did you ever get the AR24 ?

Armalite AR-24?

They are pretty good and a good CZ clone. I love CZ and CZ clones .
5.
We tried them this year, maybe we did it wrong but I didn't care for them at all. They were very hard to chew.
Just roast them longer . I do mine for around 30 minutes on 350 degrees. The longer the crunchier .
6. They taste better than nuts , no vulgar comments , haha !
7. I just made a bunch of raosted pumpkin seeds. They were going to be thrown away so I figured why not eat them ! I used olive oil , some Louisiana hot sauce and heat at 350 for 30 minutes.
8. I have had a Glock knife for about 5 years. Have you guys had good luck with them ? I ordered one for my son for Christmas . I have cut deer stand straps and bungee cords and tow straps with mine . It has been great ! How have your experiences been ?
9. I guess I am a rare bird . I am married and I have two kids. I work and pay my bills and my taxes and I do not cheat on my wife nor beat her , I love her and my kids . These damn people now days just dont have a dang bit of sense ! My son is 14 yrs old and 6 foot 1 and he still doesnt go out of our yard unless he has permission ! He is such a good boy .
10. eeefffing politics getting good Americans and people killed !!!
11. YES YES YES Reloading equipment and learn how to reload your own ammo. That is exactly what I will do in a few years when we get out of debt.
12. I'm not complaining at all but I thought the bulk packs of .22's were really horrible in these little guns with no extractors ? So far it has eaten 250 more rounds of the bulk pack of Winchester. I am extremely pleased. No failures at all with the bulk pack of Winchester. I'll clean it and try my CCI's in it.
13. Will the .22 Short cycle the slide ?
14. So the heavier the bullet the more recoil , which would seem that it would be able to cycle the slide more reliably than a lighter bullet ? Is this correct ? I mean mine are 36 grain and it functions very well , but I hear a lot of .22LR guys singing the praises of Aguila ammo. Is this correct ?
15. I am up to 100 rounds of the cheap Winchester bulk ammo 36 grain and 1280 FPS , so far so good and no problems . And this is with no cleaning. I'll keep you guys posted. I may clean it and then keep shooting it. But it has really done great.
16. I know I know , pictures or else you dont have it so here it is .........
17. that is just awesome ! The revolver looks brand new !
18. Last Christmas my wife got me a Beretta Bobcat . I only shot it first to function test it. It ran fine . Today , 10 months later I shot a lot of rounds through it . No one malfunction at all ! I was using cheap Winchester bulk ammo 36 grain and 1280 FPS is what it is rated at . It ate it like candy . This was really a nice surprise as I usually see that guns with no extractor need a really high velocity or more expensive ammo. I am gonna send a crap load more down its throat later on . But for now this is a little awesome toy ! Again I really dont like guns with no extractor but this little guy is running like a well oiled sewing machine .
19. I just changed my stock mag release button on mine to the regular Glock mag release button and got rid of the extended slide stop for a stock/regular slide stop . I like my 34 to be pretty much a G17 with a long slide . I think the 34 is the 17 of today or what the 17 should have been to begin with in the 80's .
20. They were short-lived but the 9mms , as with almost all CZ pistols , seem to be way better than the other calibers
21. I just was watching news channel 5 out of Nashville Tn and Nashville Armory was going to be on there today so check it out ! It looked really big !
22. I listen to talk radio 99.7 out of Nashville Tn . On sundays from 6pm till 8 is Dr. Josh Axe. He states that if you are getting enough raw vegetables and meats and all then no shot is needed. I have been on a diet since november and I have lost 60lbs . I eat raw foods and whole foods and even use honey for my allergies. I havent gotten sick since ! If you take care of your body and treat it right then it will take care of itself and you . I have quit the fast food and pizza and all highly refined foods and grains and sugary drinks like Coke and sweet tea. It has been great ! I went from 42 in the waist to 36 in the waist.
