1. Go for it. I've bought a few Spyderco's off amazon with no issues. Good choice on a blade but somewhat bigger than I prefer for an EDC (yes I'm a minority in that opinion)
2.     Enjoy!
3. Seeing as they are out of season, let them live.
4. I don't remember who it was, but I remember seeing those. If you look at the vendor map online you can probably figure out who the vendor was
5.       Dude, did you just go down my list?   I have and love my SD9VE I have and use a safety razor and wet shave (when I shave that is) I love cigars.   Anyway, welcome to the forum!
6. I wouldn't mind getting tazed, but volunteering to get shot (even with a vest) I will pass on
7.     I'm waiting for the TP9SF to be imported, I was talking with the rep at the booth and he said mid summer for them to hit our shores. The SF will be strictly a striker fired gun with no decocker at all. Basically a Turkish Glock.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mGTA00JS-F0
8.   Yep, if the production version matches what I got to lay hands on at the show, I'll be buying one.
9.   I kept talking to the lady at the Palmetto State booth. That said, a buddy of mine is a bartender downtown, apparently the palmetto state guys went out saturday night and when a guy at the bar bought some food for a vet, they gave the guy an AR.... Classy all around
10. I can still regularly get 9mm darn cheap, I'll wait on .22LR to fall back to somewhat normal price and availability
11. After handling one today at the NRA show I'm going to pass. It felt like a solid gun, but it didn't fit my hand nearly as well as my Shield, and I would put the CCP well ahead of it ergonomically (yes the CCP is a bit larger)   That said, it's a Glock and if it fits your hand well, go for it.
12. Here's my take away's from the NRA show (probably going back tomorrow so this is subject to change):   After handling one of the "new" R51's I want one badly, if production can match the samples I handled today (that was the issue with the 1st batch), it will be a very good pistol.   I also quite want a Walther CCP, it fits my hand fantastically well.   I DO NOT want a Glock 43, I handled one first thing today and while it was a solid feeling pistol, it did not fit me at all.   I want a KelTec sub 2000 gen 2 badly. I know I may never find one for sale due to Keltec's manufacturing issues (they promised me double the production per year of the old model) but it's a darn handy little carbine.   If I ever get around to getting a mosin, I'm getting the Timney trigger for it (yes it's the cost of another mosin, but it's an awesome trigger).   I got to meet: 22 Plinkster (youtube fame), Craig Boddington (gun writer), Massad Ayoob (too many titles to list), Adam Vinatieri (Colts Kicker), I literally ran into Joe Meaux (formerly of "Sons of Guns" fame), I saw Jeff Quinn, R Lee Ermey, Ted Nugent, and Sootch00.   Synopsis: I'm really glad it was local to me, but I will absolutely head to Louisville for next years show.   Oh, and my legs hurt like crazy from walking on that hard floor for 7+ hours without sitting down...
13. I carried all day and had no issues except for my ADHD friend who darted into a bar on the way to dinner to buy us shots and forgot that I couldn't step foot past the no guns sign, nor drink the shot. He ended up doing both shots back to back on an empty stomach...
14. I'll be there possibly Friday afternoon. Most of the day Saturday, and some of Sunday
15. I grabbed another 500 rounds of 9mm yesterday at West Nashville. There was another 500-600 rounds left on the shelf when I left
16. Good deal!   Time to go do your Walmart walk. Take pictures and report back!
17. For those that have followed this. Looks like the range is a go! I drove by today and saw that they had put up a sign on the front of the building. Basic info is here http://www.regalrange.com/
18. I'd say I'm surprised but sadly I have no shock at this post. ~$100 profit for the shop and I'm sure someone will take them up on it.
19. I've done a 3 wise men and a 4 horsemen in the same night with no issue (other than needing a cab). For me (as posted previously) Jager is a no go. That said, Rumplemints is a close second....
20. I figured why the heck not. Grabbed 500 rounds of 9mm this afternoon. This is by far the cheapest I've seen 9mm since I've been shooting handguns.

Glock Teaser

I'm on the "I have a shield and I will look forward to getting another cheap used one" bandwagon
