  1. Hi all, I'm looking for options to attach a rifle to the underside of my F150 seat where I've just installed the Sunrise Tactical seat cover.  Basically it's a wall of molle.  Just asking to see if anyone has recommendations on straps and such that might be applicable for this.   Here's a link to the panel. http://sunrisetacticalgear.com/Super-Crew-F150-Molle-Seat-bottom-rear-drivers-side-2900614.htm
  2. congrats to you sir, and your son!
  3. Like the axe business. I'm going to try my hand at one.
  4.   I"m going to plant some garlic today.  Can't believe I'd forgotten to.
  5. Urban gardner here, I've got around 80 4" pots going to sprout seeds here.  Beans, tomatoes, squash, peppers, Okra and such.  Along with a bunch of flowers.  Hoping we're done w/ frost at this point, but it's not mid-April yet...
  6. alright, I sent off the forms last week.  Can't wait to get them back and finally be able to take my rifle to the country!
  7.   Yea, I took note!  I could see myself cleaning for too long easily!
  8.   I guess you knew I was going to read this thread!  Just glad I was able to learn something before experiencing it myself...I've been warned.
  9. I appreciate everyones input.  I'm going to start out tumbling before de-priming.  We'll see how that goes.
  10. What does a color job like that cost for an upper? Did you just mail it to them?
  11. I'm preparing to start reloading for the first time.  Been reading about tumbling media and learning that some folks don't de-prime until after tumbling to help keep pockets clear of debris.  This seems to make lot's of sense to me.  What's the downside of tumbling after de-priming...is pocket inspection very arduous?  I'm thinking about starting with the lizard litter from Walmart (finely crushed walnut shells) as my media.
  12. ok thanks, just wanted to check.  How long a turn-around should I expect?
  13. When filing a form 20 to transport interstate, SBR, who should I list as the manufacturer when it's a Daniel Defense that I SBR'd via e-file?  It seems to me like it would be myself, or my trust.  My tax stamp list DD as the original manufacturer, but now since it's been SBR'd, I'm reasoning that my trust is the manufacturer and I should list the trust as such for the Transport form.  Have I got this correct?
  14. Ignorant to what heat treatment means. CAn you give me a a brief.
  15. I have a Daniel Defense Pistol buffer tube that I'll offer up to someone.  Will post up a pic later today! Gone
  16.   yes it was a striper.  I was pretty sure I'd gotten hung on the bottom for a few seconds.  He barely hit it.  I caught him on one of my grandfathers lures.  I learned what I know about fishing with him, so that made it even more special.   I've heard of fish several times larger than that coming from lakes around there.  Nearing 80# I think on the record books.
  17. going to study both of these...I need to look up some field dressing videos as well.  Not having come from a hunting family, I'm figuring all this out on my own.  YouTube is a big help.
  18.   THIS is what I'm all about.  Filling that freezer.  I've just finished the last of my deer, my first, that I shot last year.  I did not get out this year at all, so now I'm out of meat :(.  My favorite is the shoulders.  I really like to make deer stew of of them.
  19. I love to fish bass.  Caught a 23# in Hot Springs three years ago.  That lake hasn't been good for me since then.  I've got lot's to learn...
  20.   I've used cyanoacrolate to glue up several nasty cuts from x-acto blades.  It's awesome, and fast!  I don't have any of this in my bag now, but will be adding this to the inventory asap.
