I have tried not to watch to many police programs because like most have said in every one of them you can critique at least 50 things that done in real life would get the a police officer killed. Before i slowed down my watching activity and moved to the History and Discovery channels I did have one issue that drove me bananas and that was when when anyone good guy or bad guy picks up a pump shotgun they will pump the action but never look to see if it's loaded but they assume it is. Then when they reached the entry point where they may have to actually use the gun they pump the action again and no cartridge ejects out of the gun that they pumped in 5 minutes earlier and the guy with the shot gun has never been out of view of the camera. I hate shotgun scenes.............. :puke:  :puke: 

Oh No I didn't take any of ya'lls personally at all. And I can understand that folks may be getting tired of reading and hearing about some of the stuff I post. I will try and be much more selective from now on about things I post. I am just I guess probably bored to a point because I use to have things I could do and cannot do them any more and I have to much time on my hands and way to much time on the computer. Now that ammo is beginning to show back up I may be able to get a little more range time in and that should help some. I have cleaned all my guns twice this month and it's only the 8th.............. :stunned: :stunned:

The truckers in this country are planning a rally in Washington on October and there are about 3000 + trucks planning on showing up. I have tried to post the link here several times and it will not let me post it. They are demanding the arrest of several Senators and Congress people that they say have broken the laws of the Constitution. This is if i happens a very scary move and it may be playing right into Obama's for his opportunity to declare Marshal Law. What are ya'lls view points on it. I wish I could get the link posted. I might try and post the entire article but it's a long read.

I would like to see her run for President. She sounds just like what we need to get things back in order........jmho

Theres only one issue in your post that won't work 6.8.  There are no private sector jobs so they won't dare quit that plus one they have on the Taxpayer dollar since they voted to give them all their back pay when they return to work............. :rant: :rant: :rant:

Wouldn't do for them to try that around here. When they cleared that car they would be receiving in coming. At least with me they would. In fact they might begin receiving incoming if the car even turned around if it were some of my friends that it was happening to. They would not give the hoodies time to clear the car.

I think what needs to happen is everyone that has Children or Grand children needs to begin taking them hunting and fishing. Teaching them gun safety and take them hunting. Teach them the do's and don't of gun control. Girls or boys , makes no difference take them hunting and fishing. Not just to prove a point but because someday the skills both hunting and fishing may be what they have to depend on two survive. I know that it is just TV to a point but I watch the discovery channel and the history channel for all those programs like Swamp people. Yukon, The last Frontier, Yukon Men and other survival programs and just programs showing their everyday lives. Even though I was military trained in survival I was hunting and fishing since age 8 and did it all my life till I got to old the climb trees with stands and walk behind dogs for rabbits and birds or I would be in the woods and fields every day now.

I'm telling ya'll, he is doing everything he can do to create a situation where he can declare marshal law on the country. All I can say is don't anyone be stupid and give him the reason. He thinks he can drive the American people to their breaking point by closing down our parks and National Land Marks. I got news for him. I have the patience of a saint when it comes to stuff like this because I know that every dog has his day and the American peoples day is coming in November 2014. We just need to make sure the Conservative party keep a very close eye on the ballot boxes and who programs them. Anyone with 1 brain cell functioning knows that the ballot boxes were rigged last election. Two things happened that proved it. 1) no President in American history has ever won an election by more then 5 million votes.        2) No Presidential candidate in American history has had an entire state vote and that person not receive 1 vote in the entire state.   There were a lot of people asking what happened to their votes when the ballot boxes where counted and Romney did not get 1 vote in North Carolina and people said they voted for him and wanted to know where their votes went. They never got an answer...........Makes ya kinda wonder huh?

I know this may be a little off the mark but definitely falls political correctness. About 6 years ago I was driving past the Lowes here in Gallatin around Christmas time. They had about 100 live trees out front with a big banner that said "HOLIDAY TREES FOR SALE". I decided to go in and stir some stuff so I looked inside and the artificial trees where also labeled Holiday Trees. I asked a guy where I could get a Christmas tree and he pointed at the Artificial trees and said right there and we have live ones out side. I politely told him I wanted a Christmas tree and not a holiday tree. I then ask to see the manager and I took him down that same road. I final made him so mad he shouted at me that Lowes does not sell Christmas Trees and walked away. There was couple looking at the artificial trees and when he said that they walked out  just in front of me. Out side the guy looked at me and thanked me and I said for what and he said for saying what I wanted to say but wife would not let me. Well, you know the old kick the horse after it's dead deal,  right?  On New Years eve I went to Lowes and asked to buy a holiday tree and the guy said what for Christmas is over and I said I didn't want a Christmas Tree, I wanted one of those Holiday Trees they had on sale about 10 days ago. The guy knew where I was going and he called management to the front of the store. Yep same guy.......lol. He took one look at me and asked the clerk what I wanted and he told him and he just turned around and walked away. I went to Lowes on New Years, Presidents day, MLK Birthday, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Arbor day, Veterans day and the best part is I had friends on all sides of Nashville doing the same thing. Finally I had to go to Lowes and actually buy something else and the manager walked up and handed me a letter from the Corporate Office telling him that from now on Lowes will sell Christmas Trees and not Holiday Trees. That year and every year since all the banners at all the Lowes around Nashville sold Christmas Trees. I don't know if it went across the country r not but we sure got it changed here. I know it was probably a small victory but I was happy that I had won an argument pertaining to political correctness......... :up: :up:

He is doing exactly what his plan was all along. If he can get riots started in this country he will be able to get the Marshal Law declaration he prays for every night before going to sleep..........jmho

I see this going one of two ways. Either a judge will dismiss the charges with a verbal warning or they will  prosecute the poor kid and make an example of him which to me would be an example ok but it would be a bad example set by the judge and not the kid........jmho

I think it was quote from Thomas Jefferson that said   "Any Government that is big enough to give every thing is also big enough to take everything away from you."

My son in law wanted to start my daughter shooting and he thought a wheel gun would be best for her so went to the range and met me there. They rented a couple different  wheel guns in 38 and 32 and she didn't like either one so while son-in-law was gone up front to get something else I let her shoot 2 mags from my 380 Bersa Thunder. When son in law  came back into range my daughter looked at him and said I want one of these and she showed him my Bersa. They left the range that day with a  Bersa 380 Thunder in the duo tone model and a holster for it and box of ammo. She is attending a class now and I hope with in a month she will be able to qualify and get a carry permit. Wheel guns do have their place in the gun world for sure but they are not for everyone. I know guys right now that would never own a semi-auto and will only carry a wheel gun.......

Back where I use to live we had a neighbor that was total anti gun. I got dirty looks from him every time I wore one of my guns out in my yard. Then one night while they were gone away for a weekend there was a break in at their house. At the time a buddy and I were room mating in his 4 bedroom house he bought just before his wife left him for some guy she worked with leaving him with the house and all expenses so he invited me to move in and all I had to pay utilities and some of the food and he get the rest. Well anyway my dogs where raising as hell about 1 AM so my room mate and I got our guns and went out to see what the fuss was about and there was a van backed up beside the guys house and 3 guys where loaded it. My roomie called 911 on his cell and we made sure there was only the three and we had all of them sitting on their hands waiting for County to get there. When the neighbors got back home they had a note left by the Sheriffs Patrol telling them they could come to the office and claim the possessions in the van that was towed in because they were not sure if they had hit any other houses before that one. 3 good old Kentucky boys down from Russell-ville Ky. The sheriffs deputy made sure he knew that it was his neighbors that captured them and held them till they arrived. The guy did have the decency to come over and thank us and we talked about guns some. He said he was raised in a house of guns and all his brothers and father hunted but he just never felt comfortable around them. I told him that if he didn't feel comfortable around them he didn't need to have one. About a year later after he had decided to take a class , well a couple classes he purchased a gun and we ended up going to the range a few times before I moved here. That was 15 years ago now. I did learn from him that as we spoke that he knew a lot of folks that talked against guns but also owned guns and he said that they are two faced and since he had gotten his he was Pro gun but not to a point that he would go out and brag about it. To each his own on that too as far as I'm concerned. At least he didn't talk against them any more.

A buddy of mine had a doggie digging issue and he went and talked with people at Petco. They told him to buy which ever citrus fruit they like to eat or use and place the peelings in the holes the dog dug. and just put s thin layer of dirt over them. They told him that 99% of all dogs don't like the Citrus acids smells that the peelings put off. They went and got some oranges, grapefruits and tangerines and his wife peeled them and she made a fruit salad for them and he put the peelings in the holes and just put a dusting of dirt on top and the dog try to dig in one and quit and went to another and sniffed and after doing that twice his problem was over so they would by Citrus fruits often and place them on the old digs and never had any more holes.........Hope this helps...... :wave: :popcorn: :popcorn:
