There are no words to make the loss any less painful but Very sorry about your brothers passing. I am sure there are many of us who have lost family in a similar manner. My next older brother to me took his life and no one to this day knows why. He had a wife he loved and 3 grown children, lots of money and no wants for anything. He left a note on his wife pillow. Gone to buy a New Vette. Not uncommon, he bought a new one every year. She found the next note in his desk top drawer a few days after the Funeral. It just said "To tired to stay here any longer". He drove that new L-88 Vette down I-80 with 5 squad cars in pursuit about midnight and they had him clocked at  157 MPH when he made a deliberate left hand turn into a concrete via dock  pillar and the car almost self destructed. He always said Speed would kill him one day and we all use to just laughed because he was not happy unless he was driving far to fast. He did not use a gun but he still took his own life. No one blamed the car. He never showed one sign of having any mental issues at all and still took his life. Somethings you just can't explain, they just happen. 

Yea, Obama and Reid shut the Government down, Blamed it on the Republicans, then they make the statement that the government is spending more being shut down than when they are up and operational. It was Obama that ordered all the monuments closed to tourism, it was Obama that ordered all the Parks closed, It is Obama ordering everything closed because he is the only one with the authority to do it but you can bet before it is over  it will be Boehner and the GOP that ordered them closed..........You can bet he's not going to take the blame. He has not taken the blame on a damn thing that has happened since he took office From Fast and Furious to right now.  Some one said he is as slick as Teflon, Hell he is Teflon!!!!!!!............. :rant:

Well, to answer someones question as to why the police where there so fast, they were there because they where already chasing her for a traffic violation and she was headed for the White House and the leo's were going to box her in at the barricade in front of White House from several different directions and that is why there were so many leo's at the one location before she broke loose and tried to run again and that was when the shots were fired. She had struck a police officer with her car at that point so time for bullets. Only thing good that came out of all of it was the little girl was not shot and killed. My only question is I wonder how Obama felt being locked up during all of this. I know he was taking orders for a short time instead of giving them..... :rock: :rock: :rock:

  Well truth be known I really don't have much use for either but I am proud that a few Republicans are making the voice of the people heard and believe it or not the Democrats I am seeing right now are acting more like the Democrats of Lincolns time than present day ones are.......jmho

Gosh, when my first wife found her a new bo and walked out on me and my two boys I loaned her money to get a new place to live with him so she would not need a reason to come back. I even helped her pack. I have a philosophy that goes, "If you want him more than me then you should have him more than me so by all means leave"!!! He wound up beating the hell out of her at least once a week, got her pregnant and then walked out on her and told her if she ever filed for a paternity test or Child support he would kill her. He moved back to St Louis were a few years later he bet a girlfriend to death and is now in prison doing life without parole. She made her bed and I had no plans of messing it up..........lol

Maybe so but it just struck me as odd that there have been so many swings at so many different things in the Federal Government during the writing of our Constitution to be written so effectively and to have this President pretend that the most important document written in this country does not even exist and just does what he wants when he wants and to hell with what the people think..........jmho

I was watching the movie Lincoln the other night  after reading the book a month ago and it took me back the my high school days and my studying in U.S.History class. It reminded me that while Lincoln was a Republican, he was dealing with a Democratic controlled Congress during the Civil War. He had already sign the Proclamation two years prior and in 1865 was fighting a volatile Congress about the 13th Amendment to the Constitution that would once and for all remove slavery and never allow it to be where one man could own another. The Democratic Congress fought him tooth and nail to keep the 13th Amendment from passing because they wanted to keep the black man under total control. It took Abraham Lincoln every bit of courage he and his Republican associates could mustard to finally swing enough Democrats to get the vote and pass the 13th Amendment. Now I don’t know how long all of this has quit being taught in our schools but I know it is no longer in our history books. I wonder, if our true history was still being taught in our schools just how many black people today would really be Democrats had they known the real truth about who wanted to keep them enslaved. It appears those same type of Democrats are still around today in the form of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid. I don’t even know if Obama even knows about the Democratic Party wanting to keep the Black people in chains but sometime back I think Joe Biden mentioned something about chains and people. Just thought that some of you younger folks that didn’t learn about this in history class would like to do some research on it. You will find it interesting I think.

Obama is doing this because he said the Sequester would be really bad and it turned out to be almost totally unnoticed so he is doing this to draw attention to himself and his party. He is doing it but he is to stupid to see that all the attention he is attracting is all negative but thats a good thing..........jmho

I can still remember both of my boys being born and now I am celebrating great grand Children being born. he's lucky someone has not mistaken him for a robber. Every robber I have seen in news video's always pull their guy from their belts and never from a  holster. That is why I thought he was probably an illegal immigrant. That is how most of them pack their guns. It's amazing you don't hear about more of these types of shootings by these idiots.......jmho

I have never heard of a fence taking a refrigerator or such things. Sounds like they were going to have a super big yard sale or move the stuff through a flea market some where. Glad they got caught for sure and hope folks get their stuff back.......jmho

I saw those interviews the other day and I laughed and thought to myself these people are actually out there living breathing walking totally lost people and its's not just 1 or 2 but millions of them.

Well I would get some but I have plenty of 22's I think. That is a fair price for 550 rounds but still about 6 bucks higher than it use to be when times were good.

not giving Katie Couric her due because she does tend to bleed blue to much I think she has to much class for CNN's level of news coverage. I hear about a guy that use to carry a Glock in an old worn out leather holster and he sat down one time to many in his car with that holster and some of the floppy leather lodged in the trigger and the gun discharged bullet grazing his buttocks passing threw the car seat and floorboard into his driveway.

I know a couple guys that have those pouches and they wear them sometimes not sometimes. Just depends on situation I guess. Have never discussed it with them. I have clear small credit card size holder that I can wear on a chain around my neck that holds my carry permit card perfectly and I wear it from time to time depending on if I am going to Nashville or staying close to home.

You can be at least 95% positive if you shoot the first one and you are not confronted by a second one or more is just a few seconds threat is over and if you hear sirens it is time to go into stand down mode and be prepared for the police to make the next moves but make sure you are not a target standing there holding a gun. and make sure they can see your hands. They will announce they are coming in. also make sure your lighting is on so they have clear vision of everything and no surprises. I know it's a lot to think about but I try to think about it at least once a day what my plan would and should be..........

    I have not heard that expression since the days of the cold war but yea I know what it is and it will be a real mess if used but it is their dooms day weapon............jmho

The EPA has been in existence since Nixon allowed it to be formed in the 70's and yet after all of the shut downs on many manufacturing companies and closed down the entire steel business in this country and messed up and damn near put the auto industry out of business and all the other damage and restrictions that have been put in place costing tax payers billions of tax dollars paying their wages climate change has gone untouched or effected at all. The only way it could have had an effect is if it was allowed to operate all over the world in every major manufacturing nation beginning with China that has no pollution codes in affect at all and generates up to 75 times the amount of pollution as the rest of the world combined......jmho

  those clamps can be a pain for sure. What you might do is try nylon tie wraps to attach the hose to the dryer. That is what I use. Your probably just getting to frustrated and need a break. Now I did  this with mine but may not recommend it to all. I couldn't get my vent hose to remain on dryer lip long enough to get tie wrap on so a  couple drops of Krazy glue placed on the dry vent and then stick vent hose on and it will hold it in place till you can get the tie wrap or camp in place..........jmho     Now with that said you really need to find out where the dryer vents or exits the house for sure......jmho

You may very well be right but folks Israel is small but a small country with a very mean bite. They are far from helpless. After all they have nukes and Turkey doesn't and I think if all else failed Israel would not be afraid to use them as last resort........jmho
