Just to clarify. Gunbroker isn't crazy. It's the bidders. Marlin was sold and some of their rifles are in short supply so the entire line gets a bump. Think of it from a new gunner's view, a non-enthusiast to say. You've heard Marlin was sold, some of their products are hard to get, others are desirable due to higher quality, lever guns have seen a resurgence in popularity. Add in the new person wants something non offensive to the rest of the non shooters and the powers that be and prices go up. there are still deals to be had if you know how to look. I have noticed a higher level of price gouging on ammo from GB but if you want top dollar you want to get your product in front of as many eyes as possible.

How many times have you read or heard that the response would have been different if it were B L M or Anti fa? Had it been one of the members of their protest groups it would be the top story. Add in the capitol police opening doors and welcoming the Trump supporters in and see what conclusion you come to. Lastly, I do not believe we need to engage in show of force armed protests. Taking up arms should be a last resort in any case as we preach in self defense. Ask yourself at what point do we stop backing up. I have my own line in the sand that reflects my current physical condition but have no doubt that if my fellow citizen is being unjustly attacked I will render assistance.

I thought that is what the 2A forum was for, so we could stay abreast of what others heard. We certainly cannot trust any single source any more, the more input the better.
