It's probably a little far for you to drive, but I just went to the TWRA range south of Clarksville the other day and have to say it is 1st class. And it only costs $5.50.

I'm looking into painting a rifle flat black, but want to do something a little tougher than spray paint. Just wondering if anybody here has used Dura Coat from Lauer Weaponry. It looks like you can do it yourself with an airbrush gun and it gives a really tough finish. Any opinions?

+1 on that idea, I've got a couple of filled shot bags that make good rests. Also have a store bought bag made by Caldwell that works good too.

You'll love it. I've got a Super Blackhawk and yes it definitely has more "thump" than my 357. Get some American Eagle 240 jhp's, they are loaded pretty hot and give good accuracy out to at least 100 yds(that's as far as I've shot with them)

I agree, the gas in the ground is paid for and should all be sold at the old price. Gas station operators don't want people griping at them because of gas prices, then they turn around and gouge the very people who keep them in business. Easy solution would be if morons would not freak out everytime something happens in the world and rush out to get gas before it "runs out". Wouldn't hurt all of us to stay at home more anyway.
