  If that Century Yugo underfolder you originally posted about had a bulged front trunnion I'd have bought it. It's one of the few Century AK's  worth owning. None of their monkeys had a hand in building them. Those rifles were contracted out to another builder and built on Nodak Spud or DC Industries receivers. I've never been able to find out who built them but the three I've owned were nice builds. The only two negatives with them IMHO are the U.S. made barrels and the cheap plastic fore end. There is a later Yugo built by Century without the bulged frt trunnion but the quality of the build is typical Century Arms.

I used Metalform mags with the Colt 9mm upper I owned. They ran really well. They can be had for around $30-$40ea at Brownells. C-Products and Metalform both have been OEM mag suppliers to Colt at one time or another.

Idk if the ones advertised do. For a $55 price difference I can do without BHO.

I use a tall QD Larue mount for my H1, have used the tall QD American Defense Manufacturing also. Daniel Defense makes a really good economical micro mount but its not QD. All 3 allow for bottom 1/3 co-witness. You may run into a prob with 1/3 co-witnessing if the LED on those optics is located at the bottom of the tube. I'd go with the Daniel Defense.

Just keep them wiped down good with oil or a silicon cloth if your storing them in the open. Don't store them inside anything that holds moisture (especially anything with open cell foam).

I go by the "Tip to grip" method at work.

My BCM 11.5 " SBR came with an H2 buffer in it and runs flawlessly with or without my can on it. I'd spend a little more on better LPK since you've picked a premium lower but that's just me.

Most if not all of their 1-7" barrels are made by FN. As far as I know FN doesn't produce 1-9" barrels.

x2 on Primary Arms. Won't break the bank and a really decent optic for the money.

For not a lot of money check out DSArms for a complete lower and upper for less than you can buy a complete rifle in most cases. they make a pretty good product and you won't have to invest in any tools up front. I've used their parts on a few builds and got good results. It'll provide a good base to improve on later.
