Do you still trust Sean Hannity, Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham

Really? A grand jury in Delaware doesn't like Fox News and wants to go after them? What a shocking revelation! TV news networks have been lying for decades. There is NOTHING new or unique about that, just a politicized judicial system being wielded like a weapon. -
I have nothing against him. I'm not sure what cause of yours he represents, but he doesn't represent any my cause of mine.

Based on your side of the story it does sound they're being over-sensitive. I've seen far worse language used on gun forums and tolerated. However, saying the "F" did NOT stand for what a reasonable person would most likely think it stands for isn't the viable defense you think it is any more than replacing one letter with an asterisk.

None of them get my benefit of doubt regardless of the story. By the time MSM puts all the spin on ANY story it rarely reflects the truth. Moreover, they pick and choose which stories will get the most viewers and they sweep stories under the rug that doesn't fit their agenda and over-inflate stories that support their agenda. ZERO TRUST FOR MAINSTREAM MEDIA -
I keep seeing magazine ads for that gun. I think it looks great. I love the extended beaver tail and the grip safety.

Funny and I love the sentiment, but they got it all wrong, nobody is allowed in the man cave w/out permission. This floor plan allows WAY too much foot traffic through the fortress of solitude. LOL

agreed! someone in another thread suggested that old farts like me need to accept all the stupidity or be left in the dust...as if I stand to lose something by not playing into someone else's fantasy, LOL

A legal penalty for carrying past a sign is something I could never stomach. The idea that someone can post a sign that makes me a criminal vs making me unwelcome just doesn't sit right.

I don't carry a lighter in my pocket, but there's one easily accessible for sure. I have a knife handy everywhere I go though.

I assume anything on TV or the Internet is to some degree fiction nowadays. -
I looked it up yesterday, there's around 4,365 private and 1,920 public schools in TN. If the money goes to all schools equally, each school gets $22,275 for an SRO, but if it only goes to public schools each gets $72,917. Of course it'll be far less after all the bureaucrats in the school system slice of their chunk of the money for administration. I agree with what @TGO David eluded to, the money needs to protect all school children, not just the ones in public school.

If nobody ever used an AR-15 or any gun they think is black and scary in a crime, I think they'd still go after them. I suspect they see what they call assault style weapons as low-hanging fruit that they can use to start disarming the masses.

Same here and I have plenty of hobbies to keep me busy that don't feel like self-inflicted punishment at all. -

We'll just have to agree to disagree (politely, I hope) on whether liberalism and the woke agenda is good or bad. I will just say that their/your woke social agenda is NOT going to be met with the same resistance as when they/you start trying to dismantle The U.S. Constitution, starting with 2A, like the CMA is pandering to. -

You and I CLEARLY have a different opinion of what woke is then. Otherwise you'd know that the individuals you call anti-woke don't want to be pandered to at all. In fact, the whole point is that companies have successfully peddled their wares without being political for 100 years. Unnecessarily injecting woke politics into their ads is hurting their bottom line and they have even admitted it. -

I REALLY thought Dick's would go out of business when they went woke-tard, but I was wrong. It didn't happen to Coke, Nike, or any other business either. -

As much as I hate to admit it, I suspect the 2A issue is something like 30% pro-2A, 30% anti-2A, and 40% don't care. If that's even close to accurate, decisions like this only anger a little over 1/4 of their fans. They don't take these positions as casually as you think. I bet they already know exactly how big the hit will be and how long it will last. After all, the shot-callers are money-grubbing record execs not the leftist artists, right? -
I would love to see less money spent at the district level anyway. There's too many bureaucrats with multiple secretaries and too many layers of bureaucrats in general as it is. If we thin out some of that excess fat, we could afford more security without cutting the budget where it matters...in the classroom.

I beg to differ, with a boonie hat and some 5.11 pants with 32 pockets you just blend right in like a gray man.

On average parents of kids in private school probably pay far more in taxes than the rest of us. So your comment about them helping pay for our kids education is very true. Property tax is just like income tax. The least affluent use the most services and pay the least in taxes. The most well-off pay the most in taxes and use the least gov't services.

That is weird. Looks like the muzzle was forced backwards maybe?

My bad, I couldn't relinquish enough self-respect to click on the Daily Mail link.
