I can remember when I bought my first Sig, which was a German 226. After I shot it, I was addicted to them like heroin. I now have a BlackWater 226, Misquito, 1911 GSR (which has had most of the internals upgraded by Wilson Combat), P556 SWAT, and now the 229 Elite that COOP mentioned (which I am still dying to shoot, but have not made it to the range). I am getting an itch for a 220, but need to allocate money to more ammo and optics first.

I love my Mexpedition. I use it as a diaper bag when I have the kids or a laptop bag when I am running and I am taking my Dell Mini. And I always have my 226 in the back pocket as well as 2 extra mags. Thanks

I am looking at the pistol, but considering the rifle. I already own 3 ARs, so I was thinking to pistol for variety and then the option to SBR later. Has anyone tried sighting it at 50 yards? 100 yards?

I am really interested in buying a P556 SWAT and was curious if anyone had any experience with these. Accuracy? Recoil? Overall Experience? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sweet gun. I bought one when they first came out and put a nikon monarch on it. i was shooting 1.25" 5 shot from 250 yrds with it. I love the rifle and it is my most accurate rifle.

No, this thing is dead and gone. It was introduced in 2000 and never went anywhere. The Blair Holt crap is not going anywhere either since it really only has one supporter. I have been running the final release from the msdn for about a week and love it. I have a solid state hard drive and have seen a huge increase in performance. 7 actually utilizes the speed of SS properly. The pinning of things to the tasj bar instead of having a quick launch has been a little different, but I am loving it now that I am used to it.

I am a Bama fan and I am the same way. Last time I bet on the them was when they played the Vols over a decade ago and were down by sixteen with a little over 2 minutes left and came back to tie the game. That was the longest 2 minutes of my life and I never bet on that game anymore. That being said, the Tide is the only team that can compete with Florida. Although, I would love it if UT taught them some humility.

I have seen many in northern Middle TN. I grew up aroud Clarksville and we used to kill at least one or two a year around our ponds.

I read a few places that the Firearms Freedom Act passed in Montana and that it is coming up here in TN. Is that true? If so, does that mean, if it passes, we can buy cool toys at Hero-Gear made here in TN without the tax stamp?

I have the opportunity of buying an ETS assembled Short Barrel Shotgun w/ a pistol only grip. The receiver is a Remington 870 Express Magnum. I know nothing about the quality of the ETS products, I do know they are out of business, so I was looking for some opinions and thoughts on their weapons. Thanks

I am looking to set up my Bushmaster to be both a good CQB gun as well as have the ability to accurately reach out and slap something at a good distance. I have been rolling around the Eotech vs ACOG and would love any experiences and advice. I like the specs and durability of the ACOG, but it cost as much as I have in the rifle and the tac toys on it and does not really meet my CQB requirement (at least in my opinion, but could be convinced otherwise). I have been seeing the 557 w/ 223 BD and 3x FTS magnifier set going for less than 900 online. I own a 552 and love it. Which, since deciding on buying different optics for my Bush, I went out and bought a Rock River to put it on. I do not have any experience with the Eotech FTS, but it looks smooth and durable, and i am really curious as to what others think. Any advice and thoughts are always appreciated. I would have already bought it, but do not want to sink 900 in it and then regret it and wish I had gone with a different setup. Thanks

Boondock Saints is the best. I am about the throw the new Blu Ray Unrated version in right now. Both Punishers. Jane had more story, Stevenson had more bullets. I am thinking about adding a light and laser to my AR and was looking for reasonably priced recommendations. I am not really wanting to spend an arm and leg on it, I would rather reserve that for adding better optics. I am growing fond of the idea of a foregrip with pressure switches to turn them on and off. What are you educated tactical experts thoughts?

I agree with TDR. I have an XD 40 SubCompact as my normal EDC. But when dress allows, I carry my XDM 40. I love having 17 rounds in my hand with another 16 just a mag away. Which my sub gives me 10 with 12 in waiting.
