Man I am sorry to hear of your affliction(Glockitis)but now its being replaced by Brownings disease, and they havent come up with an antibiotic for it yet,the only known cure is either to buy more 1911,s or run out of money.:D

Kimber sure makes a nice looking piece,Congrats

Nice purchase. I got the Pro Crimson Carry II recently, which is basically identical to yours. Starting to understand why 1911 owners have been in a class all their own for some time. I can place my shots in tighter groups in the 10 ring with my Kimber at 15 and 25 yards than I ever could with my G26. I would like to hear your results with the smaller ultra size. Debated going with that size for concealabilty, but was concerned on the accuracy with the recoil. Keep us informed.

I don't know how his works, but those laser grips are unbelieveable. I can put round on top of round at 15 yards and have groupings in the sub 2 inch range at 20-25 yards using the laser. The crimson carry II was worth the money. Winchester and PMC ammo does not seem to be as accurate though as the remington or federal stuff.
