I agree. Set the time and as many as can will make it, the others can auto draft. I have my own league on ESPN that I always play but thought it might be fun to smack talk some new people for a change.

Ok I have it set up on the following options and these I believe are good enough with enough compromises for everyone to be set in stone.

Draft Date

August 30th at 8pm EASTERN

Draft Type

Live Online. If you cannot make it the computer will draft based on your pre draft rankings in order you have them if that player is available.

Snaking AND Randomizing. Im not a fan of doing both but since we have Live draft back I can handle this as I can still select who I want at that time.

12 Teams. I am sorry, but adding more just kills the teams with players being too spread out. I am more than willing to start a second league though.

I didnt set this up as a Keeper league yet BUT can add that if you all wish.

One thing I would also advise is that if you are going to do the live draft and have never done one to go and do a mock draft or two to better understand how the thing operates. I have done several of them over the weekend and it really helped to practice first. I did have trouble a couple of times getting the live draft to launch. I don't know if that is a problem with my PC or a problem on Yahoo's end
