.... DMark, that is 30lpi on the flat top.....

Very, very Nice!

Wish I seen your work earlier.

Once I had a so called "1911 Custom Gunsmith" completely ruin one of my beloved Colts trying to cut serrations on its top rib .

Very nice. Are there options for replacing a novak with a bomar or have you ever done it?

The novak dovetail is 65 x .495 and a bomar is 60 x .359 so unless it is welded up and then recut you don't have enough material to work with. Sorry.

Tim,

Seeing your outstanding work has me thinking - - -

- - - I've got this idea about an old school retro custom build.

Sort of Kings/Pachmayr/Swenson deal.

Hmmmmmmm......

Tim, even though barely broke in it ran flawless at the Pro Am. Wish I would've shot better.

Thanks Dave, it was a fun build, and I was happy to do it for you.

"would've shot better" Man you shot great from what I see. Great job Dave!!!! 4th place in that talent pool is a big deal my friend.
