100 Round Beta Mag

I wouldn't buy from Cheaper than dirt if they were the last gun store on earth. They have done nothing but price gouge like crazy, hurting their customer base and helping to feed the panic.

As far as the beta mag? To me its just a useless range toy. They are intresting, and fun at the range, but they have no practical purpose, sporting or self defense. They are large, bulky, and heavy, and add a lot of weight and bulk to the gun. But if you really want one, I say go for it. Just find someone else to buy it from

Spots, I'm old and retired all I want to do is play with toys. I make small bp cannons and hand gonne toys just to make noise with. Used to live in Oliver Springs back in 69-70 when I worked at y-12. Always liked that part of the country. Also do a little iron work with the hammer.

Rock River Coyote...it's shorter than the surfires.
Very useful for table starts in Multi Gun competition and it being shorter helps when shooting around a barricade.
Never tried a Bump Stock...I just punch holes in cardboard and ring a little steel...

STAY AWAY FROM CHEAPER THAN DIRT SCUM BAGS!

they are some of the first people to start gouging with there $130 used GI AR 30rnd mags... i would not buy anything from them... 100 mags are crap anyways... use the money to buy regular 30 rounders... they will actually work.

The real Beta Mags work very well.  Keep them clean and follow the instructions.  I have not tried the Korean knock-offs yet.  But the copies do not look as well-made.

As for 'need'.  What does 'need' have to do with it?  When I see these folks with 8 pounds of tacti-crap on their AR's, I don't see how a Beta Mag makes much difference.  If that's what folks want, who cares?  No skin off my nose.

For me, I got the Beta because it looked like fun when ammo was cheap.  And it was!  Whacking a 400 yard gong from a heavy-barrel AR on the bipod with one shot per second for almost two minutes was WAY COOL!!!  It sure made me wish that I had bought a M-16 back when I could have afforded one!

Mostly just because I want too. I have an H-bar ar-15 colt preban that I have never shot, have a mini-14 that I shoot.Would like to have a cheap ar with the bump stock and beta mag just to shoot almost auto, haven't shot a machine gun or anything close to full auto since Viet Nam.
