That was the whole point of Yankees video. He kept saying that WGP was only depressing the gun by a millimeter but in engineering a millimeter might as well be a mile. But that design is also why Yankee doesn’t use the 320, he isn’t comfortable with the design. It requires the user to be far more diligent than a normal handgun. You are trading a better trigger and faster pull for less safety. If you can believe it, that was actually a selling point for sig. The WGP project video is great because it is something that can be repeated on that gun and clearly isn’t functioning right. Glock has had at least two official recalls and more “voluntary upgrades.” Smith and Wesson, Springfield XD pistols and Remington are three other companies that have had un commanded discharge issues and were forced to issue recalls. It is not terribly unusual that gun companies end up having mechanical or engineering issues. Same things happen with cars. What is unusual is how little responsibility Sig is taking. That is a far bigger problem than whatever mechanical issue they would need to fix on the 320. This is also why muzzle control always trumps trigger control.

Need Advice 100k+ .40 S&W Brass – Worth Reloading?
brat replied to CalebJ's topic in Ammunition and Reloading
What he said.... Look around and be patient and you'll be able to find PD trade ins for a bargain. They are usually fired only once or twice a year during quals and likely show some holster wear, but otherwise they are barely broken in and will usually come with some mags. -

My S W 642 is now a safe queen. Max 9 is not as thick and holds 11or 13 full power + P 9 MM rounds which is not much different than the 38 spl with today's S D ammo in the power factor realm. What is not to like? I will say it is a tad bit heavier but by just a few ounces. I can carry the extended mag (13 on board) in my cargo trouser or shorts pockets. The 9 MM caliber with a full 3 finger grip with full medium size hands. I say again, "What is not to like?" YOU Tell me J frame snubbier's. Edited to add; My backup carry now is the SW Bodyguard 2.0 380 should I feel I need a backup. For sure traveling in our RV. Fuel stops are dangerous guys in a big rig. Always diesel pumps are on the outside of the pump islands and as far away from the store as one can get, "usually". Not at Buccees though. Disel on every pump. Love it.
