1.   I'm quite fond of it myself.
2.   I'll check them out but I'd really rather just diagnose the problem myself and order factory parts. I can replace all of the plausible broken parts for less than $150.
3. Angus: "So the title should not really be problem With a CZ trigger it should be problem with a beat up old CZ that u bought and that u need info about fixing the trigger which u have no idea who did what too. Might be easier to call the shop or send it in so we can ascertain the issues without a lenghty phone call" And my reply: "I'd rather fix it myself than be talked down to as a customer. I've had a brand new CZ75 PCR before and had to get rid of it due to financial reasons. Not only was this the only CZ pistol I have ever seen for sale in Middle Tennessee - I also don't have very much money to spend on a gun to protect myself and my family. I bought this pistol cheap knowing something was wrong with the trigger. I also know that CZ 75 pistols are utterly reliable and built to last. I've got a friend who is a gun smith but I found out that he has a personal vendetta against CZ and thinks that they are junk. Like I've said before, instead of being talked down to I'd rather fix the problem myself and begin replacingparts until it works. I'm sorry I can't go out and buy a new one. Merry friggin christmas." 5. Ill second an old S&W Model 10 in 38spl. Take one of them over a charter arms or taurus any day. Sent from my HTC Inspire using Tapatalk 2
6. I've got a CZ75 Compact with a trigger problem. I am trying to diagnose which parts need to be replaced or find out whether or not it's fixable. I've had this thing taken completely apart and I have a feeling one of the parts may just be worn out.   I'm looking for anyone willing to loan me some of their CZ75 parts so I can use them to diagnose the problem and find out what I need to order. I just need the parts from the rear, ie: hammer, disconnect, and, sear cage (and its components). I'd literally only need them for half an hour and I'd be willing to pay to meet someone in Middle Tennessee area.   That, or if anyone knows a financially friendly CZ gunsmith who would be willing to accurately diagnose what part(s) need to be replaced, please let me know.   Open to ideas and suggestions, thanks!
7. That's how youre supposed to do it. I think everyone is trying to use topic moderation which comes up with the permissions error. You actually have to EDIT your original post and change the TOPIC PREFIX.
8. You folks have no idea what youre talking about. Unless youve served as a police officer, you have absolutely no clue. Its nothing like tv or the movies. Come back when youve got law enforcement experience or actually studied law anywhere besides google. You may not like it, but it is what it is. Get over it. I have never... seen so many mal-interpretations of the law in my entire life. You can have all the opinions you want. Looks like career day in kindergarten to me.

10. I'd take an SKS any day over an AK. Sent from my HTC Inspire using Tapatalk 2
11. I was at outpost armory the other day and I was surprised to see "complete" reloading kits for sale for roughly less than $150. For some reason I always thought it cost considerably more to get a reloading system together and that still may be so. I am just wondering if these pre-made kits are any good or if a reloading system could be made for around the same price range. At this time, I'd just like to reload cheap low pressure.38 spl for a S&W revolver. Perhaps 9mm and .223 in the future if possible. The three main reasons I'd like to get into reloading is to #1 be able to make economic plinker ammo, #2 eventually be able to make accurate performance handloads, and #3 for fun. I'd certainly like to take advantage of David's forum-famous reloading supply deals! Thoughts, advice, concerns? Thanks!
12.
I have used that for years. Most people don't know it. SO, yesterday was Daryl's day, today.....Kings to you! How did I escape? With difficulty. How did I plan this moment? With pleasure.
Fantastic movie, I've just started reading the book!
13. Just checked - they don't have that holster in stock. Sorry!
14. If you're not concerned about cosmetics, you might be able to pick one up from www.crossbreedseconds.com Mine came without a hitch and I can't even tell what makes it a factory second. It looks perfect to me. I mailed out payment early in the week and had the holster the very next week. I received it last week.
15. Fantastic! I wish I had the tools and ability to make a knife. I particularly love the knife at the top of all the photos. Great job! Sent from my HTC Inspire using Tapatalk 2
16. If you have a knife with a lanyard hole or a Spyderco hole I suggest you run as large of a padlock through it as you can. I've even gone as far as chaining it to the suitcase frame and putting them in stinky shoes. If you use a padlock, tape the crap out of the knife with masking tape so it doesn't get scratched from metal on metal contact.
17. Why don't you invite us all out there for a little camping vacation?
18. So that's where my $200 knife went.
19.
I have quite a few views and only have about 200 more posts than you. We must be interesting folks! I wouldn't worry too much about it. I check profiles sometimes when someone makes an interesting post. I would wager when someone tries to look up a past post by you it adds to the view count.
I do the same thing. I don't know what I posted to get so much attention. That is a LOT of profile views, I doubt I'm that interesting. It's seriously making me think about removing some of my information. Does anyone know if guests are allowed to view profiles?
Add one more, I just looked up your profile...
Lovely.
20. I checked on my TGO profile and noticed that I have over 2200 profile views. Kind of freakin me out. I've looked at a few other profiles and no one else has that many profile views especially with only 500 posts like me. Anybody have any ideas?
21. Am I the only person who has tried happich semichrome with super fine steel wool? lol It probably does nothing other than make me feel good about myself.

refinishing
ok...I have an older glock 27...no stippling in the finger grooves...the slide was really worn so I took some 1000 grit sand paper to it and now it looks like a pewter steel of sorts...which isn't that bad but would rather just go back to a refinish black... anyone know of someone close to Murfreesboro that can do this for me... don’t feel like mailing my slide off and waiting for a long turn around time… just want to drop it off and maybe pick it up in a few days…OR has anyone used the Duracoat shake-n-spray kits?
I've got a friend in Murfreesboro who does this sort of work and as well as gunsmithing. PM me if you want his information.
23. Most people going from a Glock to an XD are typically very happy with their decision from what I've heard. I'm afraid going the other way may not be to your liking. As far as the Glock 23, it is exactly the same as all other glocks. This model simply designates .40 cal in a compact frame. So if youre looking for a Glock that is a compact .40 then that is the one for you. Top to bottom: Full size, compact, and sub-compact. Personally I wouldn't recommend getting a larger caliber than 9mm in a compact frame. .40 cal is hard to hold onto and I would ONLY get it in a full size frame (which also helps handle recoil besides giving you more to hang onto). Full size guns are easy to carry now days with the availability of holsters made by Crossbreed, Galco, and the like so do not let that scare you into thinking that you must have a compact gun. Make sure you rent out the Glock 23 at a local range to see if you like it before you buy it. There are many options out there that I personally would... consider... first. Such as... anything but a Block.
