  1. His has the two set screws on the bottom. He is going to dimple the barrel.
  2. At least as equally disgusting is the fact that his post about killing police had at least 200 likes.
  3. I'm not sure. There aren't any markings.
  4. Yep. I checked it when we first started having the issue, but it wasn't quite "off" enough to tell. After 60+ rounds of manual ejecting, it loosened enough to become obvious.
  5. The gas block shifted just enough to cause the problem. Thanks for the info, fellas.
  6. A friend's AR won't eject the spent casing. When I slowly pull the charging handle back, the spent casing seems to eject just fine. It's acting like the BCG is traveling too fast for it to properly eject. It seemed to function just fine during the last trip to the range. He took it home and cleaned it, and everything else should be the same.
  7. Wrong thread.
  8. TGO truly is the best.
  9. That was a complete waste of 3:01.
  10. Looks awfully long to be a bread tie.

  14. 1500 Federal 325 round boxes of 22LR just arrived at Smoky Mountain Knife Works. It will be available starting tomorrow morning for $19.99 with a limit of 2 boxes per customer. Open at 9:00 am.
  15. Actually, this is perfectly legal in the State of Tennessee. As long as you have proper documentation, you can legally transport a corpse.
  16. I knew it wasn't going to take long for this to hit the national news.
  17. Congratulations to the parents and grandparents.
  18. My father owned a moving company for several years, so I have experience. I would have rather had help, but no one was available at the moment, and I had just spend all my money on a safe, so I couldn't afford movers.
  19. 430 pounds and a few guys should be a piece of cake. I moved my 290 pound safe up to my old second floor apartment by myself with an appliance dolly.
  20. I got extremely lucky, and stumbled upon a smokin' deal on this rare beauty tonight. It's 1970's Jack Daniel's Gold Medal 10" Fancy Decanter. It's even more rare to find one with the stopper/shot glass (not the glass to the left of the decanter) intact. I have zero need for it, but couldn't pass up the deal.
  21. If your boss is buying new inexpensive guns from manufacturers/distributors for those who are on a limited budget, I would tell him to think about ditching the Cobra for Hi-Points. If I was on that kind of budget, I'd probably buy a Hi-Point before anything else offered in that price range.
  22. It's important to note that it's not unheard of for certain firearms to need a "break-in period". Some firearms may need 20-30 rounds, and some may need 100+. Also, some firearms are a bit more finicky when it comes the ammo. Some firearms perform better with certain brands or types of ammo than they do with others. I've had a firearm or two that were especially picky where hollow point ammo was concerned, but they would function flawlessly with just about any ball ammo I'd throw at it.    There are a lot of factors when dealing with certain firearms, and I'd imagine even more so when dealing with those on the low end of the price spectrum.
  23. After watching the video, I can see a few areas where the DDC is better than the GFG. I think GFG came up with the idea, and DDC improved upon it. Still not sure I like the need to mount it to the rail. I suppose it could be a good trade-off. I do love the idea. The price is a different story.
