  1. Had something poking holes in my yard for the last two weeks. Finally this morning at 6 I was on the back porch and saw something below me (porch is about 8' off the ground). Flipped on the flood lights and there was an armadillo poking his snout in my yard looking for snacks, then a possum strolled by the wood line too. I'll put a picture up in a bit, the kid is on my PC. Only ones I've seen are flattened on the side of the interstate.
  2. Just got a phone call from a "private number" talking about some virus. Said he was from Microsoft. Wanted me to take his instructions on how to check for it. Gladly thanked him and hung up. I've got Windows Defender that came on the PC and it came up empty with a scan.
  3. Had to on mine also. Didn't mind though, I was 35 pounds lighter.
  4. Someone may have said it before but hickok45 is a tall man. Not a bad show. Left with nothing like normal.
  5. It would have been a little better if the gun wasn't in the bag I guess.
  6. WSMV has this too. Their article has him carrying IWB with no holster, felt it move and apparently grabbed the bang button.
  7. Found these guys, Italian Gun Grease, while looking at the "New Products" section on gunsmagazine.com site earlier today. Come to find they are located in Spring Hill, TN. After some more digging, seems they are fairly popular in the Sport Shooting world already. I am in no way connected with these guys, but since it is a Tennessee product, I thought I'd share my findings with you guys. Enjoy

    New Rock

Your not the only one musicman. Tell you what though..Joe Bob Outfitters has one. Just can't bring myself to do it. Edit: policed myself. Sorry 94user
  9. Dad always used Remington. Rubbed off on me. Use that in 9 and 40. Use Blazer Brass in my 686. Haven't had any issues with those three.
  10. There was an ad in the local paper too. Good for them I guess.
  11. 3 miles (not nit picking  ). But he pretty much passed in front of my neighborhood if he was on foot the whole time. No telling how he got there, being missing for 3.5 hours.
  12. Heard the sirens, turn on the scanner......Kiddo is FOUND SAFE!!!
  13. Helicopter is within ear and eye shot of me now. Just got an email saying they had enough volunteers right now. Erie feeling too as I put my 4 year old down. Hopefully he will be found soon.
  14. Curious what end of the range they would send you to. Is the TCM considered a rifle round? Good looking gun too.
  15. She said she was "Asian American". Camera shot of her parents and last name didn't hint towards that. Ba humbug. Only flipped over from football cause I thought the news was on...seriously.
  16. Being from my late father, it's definitely staying around. Thanks for the interest.
  17. This thread has got me wondering about the value of mine again. Need to pick up a price guide. Catalogued everything that had value at the time and made an Excel spread sheet to keep up with price changes. I have a "rolling" total that updates automatically at the bottom of the sheet once I adjust the prices. Used to be into it big time. Have a 4 drawer dresser stuffed with cards. Only one I have anymore probrably of any value is a graded gem mint 10 Tiger Woods rookie card.
  18. Finally found the Lead Away. This is calming to me. Cleaning and polishing. This is the first pass.
  19. Said in an earlier post "going Ruger". Looks like I'm going Raoul's route and get a 1911 and convert it down the line. The 1911 in 45ACP is the only thing left I want in the safe that I don't currently have.
  20. Preface this by saying this is not an ad. Is there such a thing? Got a new one recently and not sure how to price the old one. *Not selling in this post admins.* Already searched the eBay and Craig's list too. No luck.
  21. I've got a Sentry with an electronic lock. Mine was getting stuck opening and closing. Took the back off the door and did some adjusting. The locking bolts were a little skewed. Had to make adjustments to the bar (aluminum) that runs the entire length that attaches to the live bolts. Few screws and the door cover drops. Little adjusting helped a ton. A little grease helped too. Open that thing up and run the lock to see where the bind is, it's a lot cheaper than a safe person. If you need pics PM me with an email address and I'll peel mine open to show you if needed.
  22. Aspect is probrably off. Without HD, use the "Just" setting or similar. Adjusts to fit the screen. You might have it on "zoom". Click around on other channels too. Before I got my cable box, I did find some OTA HD channels without an antenna.
  23. She likes it too, but can sit through a whole game.
