1. Exactly . Sometimes the best defense weapon is your legs which will get your butt out of the area fast .There is no shame in running away from a bad situation whether it involves humans or animals.
2. I really like the look of a well worn down scratched up looking rifle . Paint/finish worn and chipped . I may just leave it as is . But the FDE colored items do look neat .
3. Now that is just gross . I dont want to poop near another guy while he stares at me ! Oh LAWD It was bad enough having to shower with other guys in the academy but pooping togather is just gross. I dont like looking at nor smelling other guy's parts :puke:
4. The music is awesome and the women looked ssssssoooooooo pretty back then ! They were natural and no fake this and that .
5. I just wish that Beretta would get rid of those levers and springs and all those parts . I detail-stripped one and Oh My God it was a nightmare !
6. It would be a great deterrent !
7. I don't care for cruises because of the sickness's that explode on a ship and the pirates . My wife doesn't agree but I swear if we went it would happen to us . I want to go on one but I hate the thought of not being able to carry my own gun and that the ship is not armed .
8. hello , I have a Bushamster AR15 in 5.56 . It is a plain jane model with a 16 inch barrel and I have never thought about bringing any color to it until now. When you guys add things with color what parts do you change out ? I do like the tan or FDE color . I have saw grips and forearms and stock . Is it expsensive ?
9. The large mag release button will probably get pushed without the user knowing it and it will eject the magazine . I hate that ! I wished Glock used a regular mag release .
10. On a side note , my Toyota "Auto" transmission is doing pretty good since I separated it's cooling system  from my engine. It is running it's own cooling from a separate transmission cooler and it is no more prone to the Toyota "pink milkshake" anymore Thank God !!!! . And it still shifts pretty good in the low temps contrary to what others believe . Ha ha I could not resist ! I guess only a mechanic or Toyota guy would understand ...................Opps , I forgot we are talking about Firearm Autos and not automobile autos , ha ha Seriously though , everytime I see the title of this thread I think of Automatic transmissions
11. I still have my first vest that I bought on my own with my own money when I was in the sheriffs' dept . I'm in a different agency now and I can sell that dude however I like ! I bought it with my own money period ! People are not happy unless they have DRAMA going on and that is just stupid !  Hey , ,,,,, anyone want to buy a Second Chance brand vest that is rated ....... ? LOL !!!!!
12. That is when Glock comes in handy . Loose tolerences and small amount of oil will do just fine .
13. You would not believe the people I see in court . I am in court at least once a month and they come in with sagging pants , mouthing off to the judge and all kinds of stupid mess. At the end of the day these people just make me feel better about myself and my family and how my Mom raised me.
14. I use engine oil on my guns and I have never had a problem with mine at all in cold temps. I carry a Glock 21 and/or a 1911 when I go deer hunting and I have never had any malfunction with either of them . I have shoot them in 20 degrees and no problems . I always use engine oil because I think "gun oil" is a rip off . The engine oil does just fine and is cheaper on your wallet too.
15. Thanks a bunch guys ! I'm writing all this stuff down and going to make it all one by one .
16. I understand that in America we have freedom and that is good. But we also have manners and morals taught to us by our parents and grand parents but this $hit that these SCALPERS are doing is bullcrap !
17. I just can't get past the grip-safety on a combat / Emergency gun . When you are excited or startled , trust me,,,,, your grip will not be perfect and the grip-safety may prohibit you from being able to fire . I wanted to like these and even bought two of the fullsize XD's in 9mm and 40 but I sold them after an experience I had . I'll never carry a gun for protection with a grip Safety . I'm not trying to down anything nor someones gun just stating my experience
18. You don't hang your head in shame if you have no morals nor manners like these SCALPERS .
19. Heck yes buddy ! I was hesistant about posting pics but now I'm gonna post these SCALPERS up on here and I hope they see me taking their pics !
20. I want a salsa recipe that's not sweet . We go to Poncho Villa in Oak Grove Ky and Clarksville Tn and their salsa is not sweet and is perfect . It is absolutely awesome. I can't seem to find a recipe that tastes like it . I want one like theirs because theirs is not sweet and is salty and has a nice cilantro taste . Anyone know a good recipe for a "non-sweet" salsa ?

Glock 42

If so then the G42 would be OBSOLETE in my opinion .
22. This is an old Osage Orange wood root that was buried under the ground for 20 years. We just dug it up when we replaced our sewer. This Osage Orange is rot resistant so much that it is as hard as the day that tree was cut down. Buried in the wet dirt for 20 years and still strong as ever. This wood is unbelievable. I am not a craftsman but I cut some of the root and carved out a handle and mated it to an old hatchet head . I used some of the wood to make it's own wedges and shims to snug the handle tight into the head. I'm trying to think of other things to make with the rest of the roots . I hate to throw it away . Again I say I am a mechanic and NOT a craftsman , so don't laugh . But hey I tried and it is functional
23. The only thing I dont like is the roll pins . But other than that I am happy
24. Income should be earned and not distributed !  And that is all I have to say ! Yes I am getting rowdy in my older age but this crap is pathetic ! My wife and me witnessed an incident at Walmart in involving a "foodstamp" card and it made us mad ! And when it makes my wife mad then it is pretty bad !
25. Here she is with my Glock 21 . I am a big Glock fan and I always will be one , at least of the "old school" Glocks , but I think that S&W has really gotten good and will surpass Glock because of the quality control issues with Glock in the past few years. In the picture is my Glock 21 Gen 2 . The newer Gen 4's just don't do anything for me . I even had a newer Gen 3 rust on me. I have carried a Glock since 1996 and at my job everyday since 1997 and I have never had a Glock rust . But these newer ones are really depressing. S&W did great on these M&P's I think
