In all honesty I think the days of really good Bar-B-Que is gone. I know that most all Bar B-Que pits have quit saucing the meats while they are cooking like I was raised on. There use to be places where folks would pit whole hogs and sell it out in their front yards on weekends and it was never dry but some of the best ever. Some folks would make hot while others made mild and folks would go buy which ever they wanted but state stopped all that years ago because the meat was not USDA inspected.  I know it would mean cooking 2 different types of meat at the same time both some hot and some mild but at least it would not all be dry when you bought it................jmho

I do agree with you on this guy speaking for our gun rights but I want folks that do open this link and read the replies to pay close attention to the last reply. It says  " So Ironic as this was one of Jesse's favorite places to eat till she was "Murdered in Aurora!!!" Ok here is a woman raising hell at a company that up until all of this began was a gun friendly Zone. Her daughter was Murdered in a "GUN FREE ZONE"  It is fact, you can't fix stupid because she wants to create another GUN FREE ZONE!!!!

i have heard many folks say that HollyWood is total anti gun and many of them are but this link shows some that are not.  I have quit watching any movies that have certain actors and actresses in them that are total anti gun yet is almost if not all of their movies guns and violence in involved and they make big bucks off their movies using a tool they say they are totally against. I have NRA stickers on my Jeep and a sticker on back glass that says "Gun Control means using both hands" and I never lock my Jeep doors ad most times windows are down at east half way so Mutt can get fresh air. I also don't  do business at any gun free locations so never in a parking lot of one. Also I never leave a firearm in my car. If there is a gun in my car it gets in when I do and gets out when I do. I realize that a lot of folks are forced in some way to do business with businesses or go to places that are gun free but I am not one of them............ :up: :up:

I am still putting my money on the fact they are plants by anti gun group and this is all a staged and rehearsed and well planned operation. Was it not in Texas where that young lady lost her parents at a  Luby's Restaurant and stood in defense of these style weapons along with several other carry issues during her speech before to Congressional committee on firearms. The guys because the rifles do not have legs and did not walk into the restaurant on their own. I still believe they are plants and probably paid a few bucks to pull this off and pose for the perfect posture picture. It just seems to fake to be a real action by a true Pro gun person..........jmho

Medicare has only been paying 80 % of bills for as many years as I can remember for medical in hospital procedures and that was the reason most folks carried a supplement plan to cover the difference Medicare did not pay on the bill. I use to see ads all the time about Supplement Plans but I have not been seeing them since the ACA plan took effect. Could that be because every ones deductibles have been placed on the "Thoughtless, Heartless and Ignorant" level for ACA members? Back years ago when my mother was still alive she purchased one of these supplement policies for $87.50 a month. Now mind you her health was good and she didn't have any claims but by the middle of the second year of the policy she was paying $359.00 a month for the same coverage. I told her to talk with her doctor about this because I knew she would never believe me and she wouldn't do it so when I took her to the doctor for her B12 shot that month I asked him to explain to her what these companies basically were and he did. He also told her that because of his agreement with Medicare all he was allowed to charge her was what they paid for her visits. His normal office visits at the time was 90.00 for basic visit for things like colds and such and her B-12 shot each month. Medicare only paid him $66.00 for her visit and even though his fees were 90.00 he was not allowed to bill my mother for the difference. He had to agree to accept what Medicare paid him or he would not be able to see any Medicare patients. It works the same way with my Doctor. Her office visits are $105.00 but Medicare only pays her $71.00 yet she never sends me a bill for the difference. She is not allowed to. It works the same for Hospitals. When I had my stroke St Thomas was where I was treated and my Neurosurgeon and all my other doctors assigned to my case where Medicare doctors and I never got a bill from any of them for 1 dime over what Medicare covered. Same when I had my heart attack and was in same Hospital. My mother dropped her supplement policy and saved that $379.00 a month and never got a bill for anything from anyone. Now with that said, I am sure that before he is done the President of the United States will surely screw all that up before he is done by taking all the money out of Medicare to pay for this ABOMINATION  which will be his legacy, the ACA and the destruction of our great nation!!!!...................jmho

I am beginning to believe a lot of this may be going on by anti gun groups just to help promote their agenda's. I do fine it hard to believe that these two individuals in this restaurant just up and decided this one their own. I mean neither one of them by their appearance would seem to be wound tight upstairs to begin with so the worse the individual appears to be the more help would go in the direction of the anti gun grabbers.............jmho 

I am all for the right to carry as I carry (Concealed 100% of the time) and do have my opinions on open carry. There may be a time when open carry is reasonable and accepted but these humans, (using word humans out of respect) are just showing pure and simple utter ignorance. I am quite sure that they don't need to carry Black Guns into a restaurant to have a meal. A simple hand gun would have been far more appropriate for these conditions. As someone else posted it is people like this that help bring Bloomberg's case to the for front of attention...........jmho  

Well , I really don't see them backing a Democrat but if they did that would be up to you whether in your heart and conscious you could vote for one. I would probably not vote for a Democrat even if they had one they supported. I am just to Conservative to ever vote a blue button in the voting booth............jmho   Lets just said we might want to use the NRA as a guide to look at who to vote for. Kasey won't eat any biscuits except Alpo Squares. The new vet I am taking her to tried all 9 brands they keep in stock for dogs and she would not eat any of them for her. She asked me if Kasey would eat biscuits and I said Yep Alpo Squares. She makes sure next time I took Kasey in that she had some Alpo Squares. She was surprised when Kasey would not take on from her when she offered it to her and asked me if she was off the squares and I said no, she won't eat anything from strangers and she handed me the biscuit and I put it down near Kasey and she took it from my hand and ate it. The vet was amazed at how smart the mutt is....... :rofl: :rofl:

The other day when I was getting ready to go have coffee with Joe45 She saw me getting ready to go and I had not invited her to go along yet so she takes up residence between front and rear tire to block me from leaving till she got invited by opening up her door and getting her step out so she could get in. This is the dog I wrote about that lived to age 22. The pictures are not to good but have better ones coming soon as son in law get these photos and scans them for me and emails them to me. She was about 20 when these were taken. If you see a resemblance to Kasey your right and that is why Kasey is so special to me. Her white face and chest use to be as brown as the rest of her but age turned her face and chest gray and white. Well, I had that same concern so I ask a buddy of mine that is a fireman what he thought I should do. He said as long as the safe can with stand heat to 1200 degrees for 20 minutes I should be fine unless I have any extremely flammable accelerates in the house that could catch fire and increase heat levels most houses that burn seldom get above 1200 degrees and by then most fire departments are on the scene and cooling the flames down with water so he said just check the heat levels on what ever safe you choose to purchase. Right now I have two safes full that I purchased at Lowes but they are just home safes and not Firearms safes but both of them are designed to withstand heat to 1600 degrees so that is 400 degrees hotter than he said but I want to be able to keep most of my firearms and ammo together except for what I carry or use for house protection. Right now I have guns (plural) guns in every room of my house. Would like it to be just gun (singular) in every room and the rest in a safe with the ammo...................Are there any Safe Guys here on the site. Well, I do my best to keep my life simple so only Comcast service I have was was the package just above the lowest for TV. Had it for about 14 years now and about three month ago I went in to pay my bill and I asked them if they had any plans on expanding the package I am presently using. She looked at my package and she said your in luck. We just did that this month and she handed me a pamphlet and I had about 80 or 90 new channels added to my original package. She also said and your service costs are dropping from $82.95 to $59.95 for one year. I asked her what the cost would be after the year and she couldn't tell me so I told her that if my bill went above what i was previously or if they take away any of the new service I am now getting I will pull the plug on Comcast and go back to an antenna since I have learn from a lot of my friends that I can get about 40 channels using regular antenna. I'm sure she made notes on my file to what i told her because as I was talking she was typing on my file she had open so I planted the seed. I use my Cell Phone Service for my Cel service and my internet service with a broadband program. I do use Netflix but just have DVD's mailed to the house on movies I want to watch but would not have that if I would have known what Comcast was going to give me because just about all the movies I want to watch on Netflix are showing now on one of the encore channels about every other night so thinking about cancelling Netflix until Comcast does something stupid..........jmho

Ok I think I have reached a point that I need some help finding probably what I want that does not exist. I only have 1 long gun which is all I need since I no longer hunt but could haunt with this particular gun to survive. I do have a variety of hand guns and a rather comfortable amount of ammo. I have been looking at gun safes till I am cross eyed and have not found a safe suitable for my needs to time to ask. Does any company that any one knows of make an upright safe that has space for maybe a couple long guns but has a ton of shelves in it. I want a safe that I can put my hand guns in and my ammo assortment in and my long gun in. The two important items are (UPRIGHT and Shelves) if anyone can point me in a  direction to which I might look it would be greatly appreciated. Oh yea cost would also be an issue. Don't want to spend a fortune but willing to spend fair amount to get what I want..........Thanks for reading and replying if you think you have a place I can look......... :up:

Would be a good place to begin looking to see what the NRA plans are. Make sure you read every email sent to you NRA members and make sure you tell all your friends and family to learn as much as they can about who the NRA is backing.
