  1. One couple who weren't 80 and made a living body painting. The beach was segmented into three with the north end being gay, middle family, and south being singles. I saw the most beautiful woman with a beautiful snatch. I was married and behaved myself. :)
  2. Buying new from one of the sites you can get uncoated. Most do have an epoxy resin coating. I filled mine full of sticks and lighter fluid and burned it off first thing.   The problem with the drums is that they rust out quick around the seams. I painted mine with header paint and it still rusted. I replaced it with a heavy gauge side-box smoker that I sealed with high temperature silicon seal to help keep the smoke in. It works better.
  3. For myself it was MCRD for boot in 82, but I didn't see much from there. I returned to go to Nuclear Weapons Assembly training at Coronado North Island the following summer. I was a bit wilder in those days: I went to Black's Beach at La Jolla and got sunburned in places not meant to see the sun. :) It sucked wearing a wool uniform that week!
  4. It's big enough to please me. :)

  6. The vultures gotta eat too!
  7. It used to be done in Missouri a lot, but that's Missouri.
  8. You also might check with KSG steel. They are up off of Nolensville Road north of I-440. They have good prices on steel. They come up for steel drums, but I haven't bought any there.
  9. Uline is one. Google will come up with several, like this: http://www.bestcontainers.com/5668l.html
  10. Out of the city limits I'd do it and not care. Inside the city limits I'd call popo, tell them I am legally carrying a weapon, and ask if they'd like me to do it for them. As peejman said, you never know when you'll draw an a-hole who's absent of common sense and thus wants to charge you with something such as discharging a firearm in city limits.
  11. There's a guy that sets up in the parking lot of an abandoned business on Almaville Road just off of I-24 that sells all sorts of barrels. I saw that he had numerous 55-gallon drums that appeared to be food grade. EDIT: Coming from Antioch you'd turn right on Almaville Road and he was in the first parking lot. He was there on a Saturday morning, and from the look of his truck set-up he does this regularly.   There was a cat on here that lives off of Smith Springs Road and I-40 who sold me a barrel a couple of years ago, but I don't remember his screen name. He might see this and answer. Mine had contained Canola oil.   But, there are a few places online who sell them that have never had anything in them. More expensive, but clean.
  12. My information would be 31.5 years old. :(
  13. Expires at noon eastern time tomorrow!!??
  14. As others have stated it's from a too rich mixture being burned for "maximum power" but it's also from modifying the exhaust system by removing the Diesel Particulate Filter and removing the muffler, (or adding a high flow muffler), and it is most certainly a waste of fuel. Newer trucks cannot be modified like that because they are subject to stricter emissions testing and have a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) system. The DEF is an injector that injects pig piss, (urea), into the exhaust flow. I've wondered what kind of mind thought to inject piss into an exhaust stream.   I have a 2014 RAM 2500 with diesel with all of this stuff on it. Take it off and not set your tune to be too rich and it increases power and fuel efficiency but, alas, I cannot do this.
  15. Handled correctly except reporting to the police. First one heard is the first one believed.
  16. Ain't it neat how some people think it's their place to tell us what we do and don't need in our lives?

    Flu

It's true that this year didn't cover the late strain that came out: however, having the shot lessened the affects of the late strain to extremely mild. My granddaughter caught it after getting the shot and all she really had was a fever and congestion for about 24 hours.
  20. I REALLY LIKE the etching on that blade. It looks real cool!
