It would be interesting to see if you feel the same when you are that age. Considering the eyesight and hearing go, and how frequently they are defrauded, I give them a break.

Some guys are raised NEVER to lay their hands on a female. When I was a LEO in Missouri I got a call on a report of an assault in the middle of the afternoon. When I got there the guy had the crap beat out of him. He claimed that it happened at a local bar, but the bar NEVER had problems, and said no disturbance happened there since they were barely opened at the time. His wife was clearly pissed and as evasive as he was. :shrug:   It didn't take long to figure out that his wife beat the crap out of him, and he took it without striking back. This was before we had Domestic Violence law in Missouri.

Personally, I don't give a crap what Z-man is arrested for. Why is this newsworthy? Do they do a news story on every domestic violence call?

Personally, I would have asked the customer service rep to send a manager to the gun counter to meet you, and then very firmly explained the situation to the manager right in front of the employees.   I was in the Smyrna Academy Sports just last Friday evening. I noticed that the average employee appeared to be young, and at least half of them were standing around talking to each other. Some where obviously hiding themselves from managerial view while doing so. Large stores require a larger managerial force to manage it.

Personally, I think the right won't do anything because they want the entire country to learn the lesson of "Elections have consequences" that Obama declared.

The thing about that is it happens so quick, (in those videos, anyways), that the gun is pointed up when the second round goes off. It is not aimed at the head.

Not to derail the topic, but on the show Scandal last week an experienced assassin referred to recoil as "push-back" which made me go, Huh??? The inexperienced character referred to it as recoil - which made me laugh. Hollywood is made up of a bunch of dolts, ad I am amazed that people actually form their opinions based of what these dolts say!

Sorry, I can't conceive of a way to pull a trigger, have the gun flip all the way back into my face, and then pull the trigger again.

Ever wonder why terms like Cracker, (or Cracka), Red-neck, Whitey, Honky, or Turkey are NOT considered racist? I would love to see someone of color get grilled on a witness stand about those words.
