  1. Well, it says that he's a part owner of the Nashville Armory, so I doubt it'll effect it. But you'd think a lawyer would know better.
  2. I wondered about it too, and I imagine that reacting to the strike perhaps was awkward and caused his weight bearing leg to move in a manner to rupture the tendon, otherwise it would take a laceration to severe a tendon. Just a WAG.
  3. Humm, announcing the fact that you are making a movie to destroy an organization? I see a law suit in the making. :)
  4. I disagree. Wars are won by crushing the will of the enemy to fight. No pacification has ever worked to my knowledge.
  5. The high road sounds just like the PC crowd that tries to civilize war. War is uncivilized, and is won by the deadliest people involved. Psychology is part of war too - although I suspect this incident is exactly an exercise in battlefield hygiene.
  6. Yep, it's good.
  7. This subject is the martial arts version of caliber wars. Anything is better than nothing, so do what makes sense to you.
  8. I can't get worked up over this for some of the reasons stated above, but also that it occurred 10 years ago.
  9. Yes, I mean tax-payers since corporately it includes everyone. And to your point above to Glock30, an officer has to have reasonable suspicion that a law has been broken. That does not include randomly running tags to see if someone has a gun permit which explains why their IA is involved.
  10. This is a good reason why we need to be as litigious as possible. Cost these departments enough money in legal fees and settlements and they'll get the message that this kind of stuff doesn't fly.
  11. Humm, victim gets out half a sentence before falling on witness gurgling blood. How far do you think that might be? What's the popcorn got to do with it? I can think of several reason why the witness didn't see who threw the popcorn, not the least of which is it doesn't require a baseball windup to throw popcorn.
  12. The report read that the victim fell on the witness. I'd say that's close enough.
  13. Dementia not withstanding. :)
  14. When you find someone that agrees with you 100% of the time you need to realize that you're looking into a mirror.
  15. I have done my kitchen back splash, kitchen floor, laundry & pantry floor, entryway, both bathrooms floors and walls. It is indeed incredibly easy: however, the tile saw used makes a huge difference. If ya do it yourself then rent a good tile saw.
  16. I kind of like the idea of young women wearing bikinis with AR's slung across them. Can we do that here? :)
  17. No, you just have to worry about zippers. :(
  18. I think what many are missing here is that the law cited earlier has the word "calculated" in it as in intent to cause alarm. I think the prosecutor will have a hard time proving that part of the law absent of incriminating statements from the individual. They are probably hoping that the cat will plea bargain the charge away.
  19. I don't like restrictions in my underwear. :(
  20. Well, I just got my daily dose of stupid. :(
  21. Proverbs 18:2 Fools find no pleasure in understanding but delight in airing their own opinions.
