  1. He was one of my favorites... Dang
  2. It seems to me his opening pitch was about as accurate as his Covid predictions.. Either way, happy to have baseball back.
  3. Pandemic/Riot/Looting panic buying.... Try buying 9mm ammo....
  4. I carry Underwood Ammo's loading of the Lehigh Defense extreme penetrator More specifically the .380 +P version I have had zero issue in my LCP 1, its definitely hot, but with a 13lb recoil spring in it, it is perfectly manageable, Ive put a few hundred down range and had zero hiccups.
  5. Ive carried an Olight daily for over a year, Hard use. theyre GTG as far as Im concerned.
  6. I manage an auto repair shop in Franklin. Im working 60+ hours
  7. Ive carried and shot Underwood Ammo's LeHigh Defense load .380m+P in my LCP for a while now. It is snappy yes, but after a 13# recoil spring replacement Ive found it more than manageable. Out of the super short barrel it still sees 1000ft/sec+ typically https://www.underwoodammo.com/collections/handgun-ammo/products/380-acp-p-90-grain-xtreme-penetrator?variant=18785708113977
  8. My favorite smaller knives, left to right, Delica, Leek, UTX85, Mini Grip, ZT 0450CF
  9. XD-M, CZ75, Glock17, M&P, all fantastic, all reliable. What its all going to boil down too is personal preference. Then practice practice practice. My 1st handgun was a G17, it spent 12 years by my nightstand, it has since been replaced by a CZ75 SP-01... Id trust my life with any of them though.
  10. I frequent OK Corral in Woodbury. It can be a haul for some (its in the middle of nowhere) but its very large, lots of room, $5 for all day, and kept up with very well.
  11. Im probably no where near as well off as I should be.. But Ive put away 10% for the last decade, my wife has put away 7%... My company has matched 401k and I have maxed it out for 10 years... And I'll retire when I can (Im 35 sooo..)
  12. Im not sure that "budget" and "hard use" could be used in the same sentence... And "tactical" really means what exactly? I hard use/EDC a Protec TR3 and have for a while now...
  13. I am a heavy user of coolers, with kids in travel sports, and working in garages...lets say I keep a lot of cold water around. I am a big fan of Orca Coolers, based here in Nashville TN and produced 100% in the US of A (unlike YETI and the like). My 75qt cooler, when properly prepped can and will keep ice for 7+ days in 90* temps. It has kept ice for over 2 weeks in cooler weather (70-75*) So yes, it does what it says its going to do. More importantly though, their customer service is without a doubt some of the best in any industry. I had a wheel crack, I sent an email and within 48 hours a new wheel kit was drop shipped to my house, no questions asked. This year on our annual Colorado trip while at a team grill out the top of my cooler was open and some of the teenagers were rough housing the cooler (full to the brim) fell and ther was a small crack on the hinge.. Again, I sent an email and without any question they sent me a whole new cooler.. Yeah, so I'll definitely recommend ORCA
  14. I built an FPV drone 3 years ago, I paid and had it licensed... At first I flew it a whole lot.... I dont think Ive touched it in 8 months now though.
  15. https://drop.com/buy/folomov-18650s-900-lumen-tactical-flashlight
  16. This is the Olight S1R2, from what Ive read and seen the S2 Baton (18650) performs similarly but with longer burn time. For reference, my backyard there is about an acre and Im on a second story balcony.
  17. Sub $25 I have no experience. I have 2 Streamlight Protac HL USBs, that I primarily use with 18650s. They are hard work lights that can't be killed. I usually EDC either a Streamlight Microstream USB or an Olight S1R2 Baton. Both of which I highly recommend. Olight does make a $50 light that is 18650 capable, and very slim and very powerful. I've always been let down by cheap stuff, so I quit carrying it and quit buying it. FWIW the Streamlight Microstream USB can be had most places for $30-40. The FDE version first click is high mode the plain black version first click is low mode... Not sure why they did that, but FDE in my opinion gets the advantage there. 18. I've never been brave enough. Nothing I would do could turn out that good, looks good.
  19. Intermittent crank no start on a 4.0 Jeep... Crank shaft position sensor. I have been in the auto service industry my entire life, ASE Master certified with L1 for over a decade. Now, Obviously Internet diag is impossible, and I wont promise you that is the fix... But it is very much an educated guess.
  20. Sure....Let me just write the check....They take checks right?
