  1. PM sent. Couldn't hold myself back any longer.
  2. I just got 5,000 Murom brand small pistol primers from Capital Cartridge for $327.50 delivered (HAZMAT included). That's not old prices, but at $65.50/1000 it is the best that I have seen in a while. I'm just loading for plinking, so as long as they go boom, I'm OK with them.
  3. Is that the 20" barrel version or the 16"? Would you consider just selling it?
  4. I've got one just like it. It's a fun rifle and runs well. GLWS
  5. I meant to send that note in response for a different ad but must have screwed up. Sorry about that.
  6. Whew! Glad somebody picked this up as my resistance was gong down.
  7. Walmart in Cool Springs has some Winchester and I think there was some Federal as well. I bought a box of Winchester for my son yesterday.
  8. It's a good link - opened up at their website when I clicked it. Give it another shot or copy and paste it.
  9. Price? Never mind, just saw it midway down and left of the pic.
  10. I agree. He's worked on my firearms since he was a brand-new Gunsmith (maybe even an apprentice) in Franklin. Great guy to work with.
  11. I'll take it as a purchase. My only can of TiteGroup has been partially used. I'll send a PM with contact info.
  12. If you are interested in a 9mm version in Commander size send me a note. I have one I can part with.
  13. Many, if not all, powder manufacturers have online load data so you can check there if you don't have a manual. I do recommend having the manual though. I load a pretty good amount of 357 mag and only use magnum primers if the manual calls for them. Most of the loads in the Lee manual do not.
  14. That was my first levergun as well and still one of my favorites. You'll love it. They are addictive (he says 8 leverguns later).
  15. You can't stop at just 1! I've got 7 of them including .22 (2 Henrys), .22 mag (Henry), .357 mag (2 Rossi and 1 Uberti) and a 1961 Win94 in 30-30. Revolvers to pair with them all as well (except the 30-30). Looking for a 45-70 and/or 45LC now. They are all good.
  16. Academy in Cool Springs has a boatload of Winchester 223/5.56 as of about an hour ago. Several varieties but I didn't take notes since i don't shoot it.
