 Since 9mm ammo is a lot cheaper than .380, I can't see why anyone would want one of these.

I can see this situation getting abuse, just start denying any one they want (ie, watch list)  and not providing them with any means of appealing.    The Federal Bureau of Investigation has halted the appeals process for those denied the right to purchase a firearm as a massive wave of background checks has the agency scrambling to keep up. Some 7,100 appeals are currently backlogged and awaiting processing, according to the FBI. Does anyone have any experience with this ammo?  I was in Wally World this morning and they had 300 round boxes of it. I bought one box and brought it home to compare with the other ammo I had and the only difference between it and Mini Mags was the rated velocity. The same 40 grain copper plated bullet but it is 35 fps slower than the Mini Mags. 1200 fps vs. 1235 fps.    From what I've read, it was engineered for AR type weapons but seems like it should work as well in a 10-22. I dropped in there again about a hour ago and they still had some so I picked up another two boxes.

 I just about gave up on that Walmart. The times I've been in there and they had ammo, there wasn't anyone around to unlock the case. I've even had them paged and stood around forever with no one showing up.
