Suddenly it hit me; best way to improve our image!
TGO David replied to Steelharp's topic in General Chat
Gentlemen, fret no more. I am perfectly willing to announce that I am a lesbian. -
Now that's just showing off.

David, the agent we are using is a gun owner and would be glad to return your calls and won't be scared off by someone paying cash. Let me know if I can put you in touch with her. She's tops.

I have upgraded the Tapatalk mobile app add-on this morning to the latest version. This version fixes the extra HTML line-break issue but we've noticed elsewhere that it causes the preview to constantly show the first post in the thread on the mobile app, rather than showing the latest post in the thread. I'm sure the developers will drag their feet on getting this fixed the same way that they drag their feet on fixing everything else. Seriously, while I enjoy the convenience of the app as do most of you, the Tapatalk programmers are the world's worst. They suck at bug-checking and validating their changes before shoving it out to the consumer. Enjoy yet another crappy release from them!

Laser Tattoo Removal? Anyone Ever Have It Done?
TGO David replied to xRUSTYx's topic in General Chat
I've found it's more enjoyable to cover them up with a bigger, more bad-ass tattoo. If you're gonna hurt, the result might as well rock. -
Just about any competent tattoo artist will draw that up for you as part of the deposit you make to secure your booking with them. Artists are funny like that; they tend to think their time and talent is worth money. ;)

Welcome to TGO.

My wife and I bought a bottle of this last weekend and each had a glass. It's put away in storage now for special occasions. Words seriously fail me in describing just how incredibly smooth it is. http://www.blackbookmag.com/nightlife/jefferson-s-presidential-select-21-year-old-american-whiskey-has-grown-up-so-fast-1.60590

I have a bottle of it but won't be opening it. What I'd like to do is find a bar somewhere or go in on another bottle with a group of friends and sit around sipping on it all evening. The latter may still happen.

Sorry I couldn't make it. We had some things come up unexpectedly that threw a wrench in the whole week's schedule.

During the Boston event our 4th Amendment came under attack
TGO David replied to a topic in 2A Legislation and Politics
It was inevitable that people would start Monday-morning quarterbacking the operation up there. Some folks just have to look for a boogeyman in every closet. -
Guys... Please do not take it upon yourselves to contact manufacturers asking them if they'd be interested in building these lowers for us. There is already a manufacturer involved and we do not need to waste other people's time with inquiries that aren't approved by this site's ownership. Yes this has happened and yes we know who did it. I appreciate the motivation to "help" but it's presumptuous and has the capacity to cause problems. Don't do it. Thanks!

Looks great!

HAH! Man that's awesome. And you're right, he never figured he was special at all. The crazy part about it is, despite what he thought, he was. The funeral home was packed last night and it looked like that crowd had been coming and going steadily like that the entire time.

Yeah and that spirit of his is what's going to make me miss him even more. A lot of folks are quick to tell you how many bad things are happening to them right now. Misery loves company. Jasen's stance was he didn't want to burden anyone with worrying about him all the way up to the end. They just don't make many guys like him these days. Too many skinny jeans and feelings worn on their sleeves.

Group purchases are going to make daddy drink. Believe it. :)

And oddly enough the part that stood out in that article was this... It's sad that they have to report scratches. I'm sure the soldier would tell you he didn't get hurt by it at all.

How ya gonna build your TGO billet lower?

Trade you a mint julep for a mint lower? -
Man, I'm just a guy with a passion for firearms, the Second Amendment, the Constitution in general and America as a whole. I've also got a really low tolerance for bullsh@t and never claimed to be a people-person. People looking for a warm and fuzzy "customer experience" are barking up the wrong tree if they expect that from me. Life's too short to pat insufferable people on the head and tell them how great they are just so they'll like you in return. But I am fun at parties.

Well, this channel did a good job with the Battle Star Galactica reboot so I'm holding out hope.

How ya gonna build your TGO billet lower?
TGO David replied to Caster's topic in Gunsmithing & Troubleshooting
I'm building mine with matching uppers, matching limited-edition Magpul furniture, matching mags and matching ammo ... but I am using an off-brand fire selector switch finished in neon green as the pièce de résistance to show my OCD who's boss. -
Things like this really are proof to me that only the good die young. I've got a growing list of people that I feel should surrender their oxygen-rights to cats, dogs and dung beetles, but then there are people like Jasen that the world seriously needs more of. We'll be saying farewell to him later today and tomorrow morning.

Pardon me for not writing another four paragraph response covering the exact same #### that's already been said by me and others in the thread, thus saving you the time and bother of reading for yourself. Get the sand out of your crack before you post nonsense like that again. No one's here to hold your hand and tell you how awesome you are for asking shit that's already been answered.

Watched the pilot and thought it was pretty good. The special effects really weren't that bad. I hope they can steer clear of the cheese and let it become a good series with some grit.
