  1. Bottom of page 5. It is the fact that the pistol is concealed in the “wallet” and can still be fired. It is only an NFA item when combined. https://www.atf.gov/file/56386/download
  2. If I understand the ATF rules correctly (and I am no expert), that combination is a NFA item. (Or may be an NFA item)
  3. There are women who can do then same. Consider yourself lucky if you find one.
  4. When I got out of college I worked in Memphis for 5 years in environmental consulting. Most our sites were in the hood. I do miss “6-Flags over Orange Mound” (Liberty Land).

  7. My bees were active this spring and I have honey for sale. It is a light honey (a little lighter than last year’s). Probably a lot of Tulip Poplar with other spring flowering trees. Not as much clover I believe as last year because of the early drought. $12 per pound, sold in 1lb and 2.5lb jars. I can meet in and around Greenhills, Brentwood, or I-65/Harding Road.
  8. anyone know who snagged that deal on the trigger?
  9. Not always. I missed the giesselle trigger
  10. Got to hate the venerability of your thermal exhaust port. Even if it is ray-shielded.
  11. The thing is, after the ban (if it were to go into effect) only the miitary and law enforcement and a select few wil be able to own a banned gun with the manufacture date included. I assume (possibly incorrectly) that gun manufacturers keep a record of the serial number ranges of the weapons they produce. As such, there would be a record in some place as to when a grandfathered assault weapon was produced. As to 80% lowers, I am suprised they did not include a ban of all non-serialized assault weapons.
  12. (b) Identification Markings For Semiautomatic Assault Weapons.—Section 923(i) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “The serial number of any semiautomatic assault weapon manufactured after the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2022 shall clearly show the date on which the weapon was manufactured or made, legibly and conspicuously engraved or cast on the weapon, and such other identification as the Attorney General shall by regulations prescribe.”. (c) Identification Markings For Large Capacity Ammunition Feeding Devices.—Section 923(i) of title 18, United States Code, as amended by this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: “A large capacity ammunition feeding device manufactured after the date of enactment of the Assault Weapons Ban of 2022 shall be identified by a serial number and the date on which the device was manufactured or made, legibly and conspicuously engraved or cast on the device, and such other identification as the Attorney General shall by regulations prescribe.”.
  13. Interestingly, there is not a sunset clause in this bill. Also, they added a provision that if any portion of the bill is declared unconstitutional, that does not affect the remaining portions of the bill.
  14. Welcome to Tennessee and the TGO.
  15. I think in the case of the Mini 14 Tactical, it is not the name so much as the features (threaded barrel, etc.) that exclude it.
